I reached out to Formuland to ask a question about expiration on some ready to feed formula. They got back to me at 7:30 in the evening advising me to wait until about a month before my grandson is born to order to ensure it would still be before the expiration date. Most companies do not do this type of customer service anymore! They have a new customer come September. Five stars all around!!

Formuland is absolutely amazing
Formuland is absolutely amazing. They have outstanding customer service and I'm they are my #1 go-to company for infant goat milk formula from the UK. They also accept returns if sealed and I've had a poor experience with similar companies who do not offer this courtesy. They are 10 out of 10 hands down THE best.

Terrific shopping experience
Ordered Kendamil Follow On Stage 2 formula for our Little Man. The ordering process was straightforward and checkout was easy. I honestly did not expect my package to arrive in the estimated timeframe. Was pleasantly surprised it arrived on the earliest estimated day. Package was double boxed and arrived in perfect condition. Definitely will not hesitate to order again.

Safety Hazard – Product Spoiled / Would Not Dissolve
I received one can formula shipped from the CA warehouse out of the 4 can (other 3 shipped from UK directly)and it is completely spoiled. When attempting to mix the powder with warm water, it clumped up heavily and refused to dissolve at all. Because this is a major safety risk, I absolutely could not feed it to my baby and had to throw it out.
Parents, please double-check your cans before mixing!

Highly recommend Formuland. I have tried other shops that sell formula from overseas and none of them were as fast as delivery as Formuland. They are also very customer friendly. They offer reward points that you can use toward your future purchases and are very easy to contact. Super fast at responding. The best!!
