Formula Escapes Arvostelua

Just back from Spa, our 3rd
trip with Formula Escapes and another great weekend.
Great service from the start, prompt replies to emails and our requests accommodated.
During our stay Chris, Sam, Nik and Ali were there to ensure everything went smoothly.
We had excellent seats at the bottom of the start and finish straight, our choice, unfortunately this was over an hours walk to where the coach was parked so we didn’t arrive back at our hotel until quite late in the evening. This was through no fault of Formula Escapes and the team kept in contact with us during our walk and were there waiting when we arrived back at the coach with much needed cold drinks.
Our family including our 7 year old grandson and 17 year old granddaughter had the best weekend and we are already discussing where to go with Formula Escapes next. Thank you.

Flawless experience from start to finish! I initially enquired about tickets for the Spa weekend and everything about the booking process was perfect! This was the first time doing a GP abroad so was a little scared as I’d only done Silverstone before but Rachel handled everything for me and even helped with booking myself and my partner flights to Barcelona straight after the grand prix for a holiday. She booked our hotel and transfers for the onward journey and even offered to book excursions but I was happy to do this myself. Everything is so well managed for the event. All documentation is given 7-10 days beforehand. I had a slight blip with my Barcelona flight as Ryanair decided to change it but Chris quickly sorted this out for me and got me on an earlier flight with Eurowings instead. I’d like to say thank you so much to Chris, Sam and Ali for helping myself and my partner all weekend! The group conversation keeping everyone up to date all weekend was great and they were all on hand to answer questions. Couldn’t have had a better weekend! Thank you to all of you!

From pickup to drop off and excellent service.

Took the stress out of everything

Staff were always available and visable at end of race to get you onto a bus

I look forward to returning with this company

It was a great experience! Sam and Ali, along with our Bus driver, really made our trip amazing :)

great company to use for Formula 1 tours, have used them several times (will be doing our 8th trip soon) and they always give a fantastic experience from travel to hotel and circuit transfers ,all very smooth and great seat locations at the track, very knowledgable about all aspects and can accommodate all needs ,and different experiences if you want hospitality or pit walks they can be arranged ,the formula escapes team are the best i have used

Although this was an organised tour it was more like a group of friends had organised the tour. Chris and Nik have excellent knowledge on the events and can answer any questions and concerns you have. You are in safe hands. I would use Formula Escapes again and would recommend them if you are thinking of booking an event.

I’ve recently returned from the Spanish F1 in Barcelona , I travelled alone but needn’t have been concerned , the whole thing was extremely well organised no problems with airport or circuit transfers. Chris , Rachel and Nick did a fantastic job I would highly recommend Formula Escapes the only thing I would say is that from my point of view I would say it’s best to pay that bit extra and have a covered grandstand seat, I found the heat exhausting . Great trip , hoping to book again .

Excellent company for Barcelona Grand Prix trip professional and excellent customer service highly recommend

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent organisation both before and during the stay. A very enjoyable experience.

What a fabulous time we had at the Barcelona Grand Prix. Chris, Rachel and Nick were absolutely amazing they ensured everything flowed smoothly over the whole of our trip. Its the extra touches like staying in the same hotel as you, hosting the cocktail party so you get to meet other like minded guests and there knowledge of the circuit and best ways to get around once inside, This is the third time we have used them and it will not be the last, they are the market leaders in their field. Once again thank you so much for a memorable time.

Second time we have used formula escapes. Miami and Spain, always excellent service, really nice people to deal with, will also tailor your break as we stopped on in both destinations, would highly recommend

This was our first experience of going to an F1 race and formula escapes made everything so easy and enjoyable.
We were fully advised with all required information at every stage, from initial pick up at the airport, transfers to the track, and return trip to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for the FE team. Everything was well organised by the very knowledgeable friendly staff.
Well done Chris, Rachel, and Nik, for providing us with an excellent stress free experience.

Fantastic organisation from start to finish
Couldn't fault flights hotel transfers all sorted
Especially the staff big thanks to them all

Full on for 3 days straight but very well organised, all the staff were great, hospitality staff first class as were the hotel staff.
Fantastic weekend in Barcelona organised by Formula escapes many thanks to you all.

Another well organised and great trip with Formula Escapes. Staff friendly and accommodating. Communication is key and the team update you throughout. My son and I get travel sick and were accommodated by being able to sit at front to see out. This was very much appreciated. Staff easy to contact if necessary throughout the stay. This was our 2nd trip and I wouldn't choose a different company.

Just home from the Spanish Grand Prix and once again it was another incredible experience with Formula Escapes. This was our second trip with Formula Escapes (with another 2 races booked already) and they made the trip so easy and stress free! Which made for a great experience and an even better birthday weekend for myself. Nik, Rachel and Chris were absolutely fantastic all weekend and we cannot thank them enough for the best trip

Sam and Nick were great hosts at Imola. Thanks for everything.

From the time of booking where our requested requirements were catered for to our return, the company kept us well informed and the app provided was an added bonus. The two reps (Nick & Dan) were outstanding throughout and a credit to the company, keeping us all updated and informing us of changes immediately, which made the F1 experience more enjoyable and our visit to Bologna and Imola that much better. They were always pleasant and approachable and made the party feel welcome. We are travelling with you again to Budapest and look forward to the same high standards set by both Nick & Dan.

Great experience led by Nick and Sam, highly recommended. This product takes the stress out of a diy break which is well worth it. Accommodation 4* great very easy. Flights were a bit too early in the morning for me but that’s Ryanair and tired coach at the airport wasn’t brill but no fault of FE. Ready to book Monza next year.

Imola 2025
Just returned from my 4th trip with Formula Escapes. Brilliant experience again. All meticulously planned and to time. Cannot fault the organisation, commitment and friendliness of the team. 5th trip already booked.
