Formula Care’s program was a fabulous teaching tool. There computer program helped me learn how to balance my food. I’d punch in what I consumed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each time a suggestive screen coached me how I could make my meals more balanced. Super great. 👍 I also loved having a record of what I had each meal. Often I’d forget what was for breakfast. It’s great 👍
