First of all
First of all - “great app”. I love everything about it. Especially, the way the team provides information to help you navigate your diet plans. It’s very encouraging. I don’t feel too bad about myself if I gain a pound or two, the Formula Team continues to motivate me to continue on, making me understand that my goal is reachable. I appreciate that encouragement. So, I will continue forward. Thanks. Jan

Jan, it means a lot to hear that Formula has helped make your journey toward your goals feel more balanced and encouraging. We especially appreciate knowing that the guidance in the app gives you something useful to lean on when progress doesn’t look exactly the way you hoped on a particular day. Real progress rarely moves in a perfectly straight line, and we love that you’re continuing to look ahead rather than letting small changes in weight define how you feel about the bigger picture. That mindset is something worth holding onto. Wishing you all the best and plenty of reasons to feel proud of how far you’ve come.

The food logs are quite good
The food logs are quite good, and allow you to add in foods based on bar codes, product names, etc. my biggest misgiving is that I’m doing Keto, not carnivore so some suggestions are not helpful, particularly as I try to transition to a low GI diet.

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Vastaus yritykseltä Formula
Choosing a diet that matches the way you want to eat is important, especially when your goals and preferences are changing. We’d like Formula to feel relevant to the approach you’ve chosen, so if Carnivore isn’t the best fit for you and you’d prefer to continue with Keto, you can easily change your diet in the app. Simply go to your Profile, select Change diet, and choose Keto. This way, you’ll receive recommendations and a Meal Plan that are better suited to the diet you’d like to follow. You can also revisit this setting whenever your preferences or goals change and select a different option that works better for you. We hope this helps you get recommendations that feel more relevant to the way you’d like to eat and makes your experience with Formula more useful as you work toward your goals.
