Formkraft Arvostelua

Andy is always informative, helpful and communicative. He always reacts quickly to our (sometimes last minute) requests to ensure we have the merchandise we need and it meets the quality we expect. Andy is also great at giving us ideas and exploring the latest merchandise with us that he knows will meet the needs of the department!

The team are great! Super efficient and friendly! Any issues they’re happy to help with and my account manager for my work, James is amazing!

James is our Formkraft account manager - he is always very helpful and supportive. We've been with Formkraft for over 5 years and the service always spot on!

Our account manager James Booth has been fantastic and we have worked alongside him for some time. He is always lovely to talk to, quick at responses and can guide and advise whenever we have questions regarding stock that we require to meet our clients needs for their retail businesses.
Would strongly recommend Formkraft and especially being able to work alongside James as he is fantastic!

Always had great, fast & efficient service from this company. Customer service is top notch too.

We ordered some badges through Andy, for a university scheme. Andy was really helpful, communications were excellent and we received clear images of examples. We couldn't be more delighted with the end products. High quality badges, that look amazing. These are going to be great for our lanyards. Who doesn't love a badge?! Highly recommend and will definitely use Formkraft again.

Jenny is always super helpful and goes above and beyond to obtain what we require.
Having now seen the products in the flesh, they're really great quality and I love the fact that they are all eco friendly.
Definitely going to continue ordering our merch. :)

From the start Formkraft went above and beyond to help us achieve our goals. We were initially contacted in regards to supplying our current uniform. On further discussions we internally decided to rebrand our uniform and with the help of Formkraft we managed to achieve this and attain a saving of at least 25%. They supplied constant communication and helped us achieve our goal with suggestions and samples. I look forward to continuing working with Formkraft and building our relationship.

I've been using Formkraft for merchandise, work clothing etc. for years now and time and time again they deliver high quality products and great customer service. Would seriously recommend if you want a reliable merchandise company

I got in touch with Formkraft to help provide our different UK offices with balloons and bunting to celebrate Pride Month. Jenny was able to create designs based on our briefings and make sure the decorations were consistent across the different locations.
Formkraft were very quick to respond and adapt to my requests and changes. They also managed to deliver the products by the deadlines despite it being tight and were communicative throughout the process.
I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
