Everything begins with an online consultation, whenever suits you — no referral, no waiting room. A UK-registered clinician reviews your health history and, where treatment is clinically appropriate, personalises a plan around you. Any treatment is delivered to your door in discreet packaging, and your care team stays with you throughout, with ongoing support and progress tracking in the Hers app. We won't promise a quick fix. What we will do is look at the whole picture, explain what's happening in your body, and build your care around it — because these things rarely have a single cause. Treatment is subject to an online consultation and is only provided where clinically appropriate.

Everything I didn’t know I needed
I chose the Hers Care+ plan and when I say it is everything I didn’t know I needed, it’s not an exaggeration. I appreciate the side effect care pack and the body composition scales but the human to human support is a fabulous element of the plan. The only instructions are comprehensive and far more than I’ve had with another (very prominent high street) provider. Really pleased so far!
