Recently, I placed an order from Forever Wick Candle, including several 3-wick candles and a separate Limited-Edition Gold Pineapple Express Diamond Candle as a gift for my wife. Although the candle was packaged well, the lid arrived with a significant chip. After I contacted customer service, Marry responded and assured me she would help resolve the issue. I sent her photos, the packing slip, and the shipping label, and she guided me through the process and clearly explained my options. She was helpful, professional, and exceptional throughout. At a time when many people experience what Clark Howard calls “Customer No Service,” Marry made this a truly memorable customer service experience. The customer service is outstanding! I had a mishap with my step daughter ordering a candle without my permission. I've gotten them before for her and myself and I'm actually in the monthly candle program. I just repaused my subscription until I have the extra money. I just love the candles and the thrill waiting to see the diamond.

What's not to like about a great smelling candle that reveals something beautiful!
The scents are beautifully blended and it is exciting to watch your capsule be revealed.
When you look up your gem and see the certificate, it's like finding a prize on a treasure hunt, while just enjoying a relaxing environment at home.
Doesn't get much better than that!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
The candle is just a candle with some perfume on tho layer. Once lit no smell. Diamond in the overpriced candle is just a chip. I bought 2 candles for 75.00 and received a diamond as a free gift. All are same size. To small to see.

Great product! Wife loved it, she didn’t find the diamond right away but customer support was amazing and helped us get it sorted out. It was stuck in the cork topper🤦‍♂️

I have been ordering products from Forever Wick for over a year now. I have enjoyed all of the products and so has my wife and daughter.
This last order had a broken candle in it and I reached out to their Cares team to let them know (since I want everyone to enjoy their products safely). Within minutes of email I got a response and a friendly email conversation.

They are great people to work with! Thank you Mary for hearing my rant about delivery... thats not on foreverwick but on the postal service, my mother was very happy with her bday candle and she will also be with her mother's day one too! Can't wait to collect more! You guys are great and I appreciate all the work and love you put into this!

Package didn't show up when it was supposed to but customer service was polite and fast to respond

Fast, and easy to deal with response from customer service. The products are awesome, especially when you are getting gifts for special people. Online orders are easy to make because they use shopify.

Ordered and received candles as described. Fast shipping. Got the candles just on time for mothersday. Great service.

Not worth buying. My partner brought me 3 candles, 1 had nothing in it all and in the other 3 the diamonds were so small I could hardly see them. Don't waste your money.

I paid for 4 candles and only recieved 3. I sent photos immediately to the company of the packaging and contents and now they are accusing me of fraud. I had to fill out paperwork and submit it. They have made no effort to remedy their mistake.

Their timely response to my concerns was very impressive in the end it was me who was impatient which they did not hold me at fault and was very professional about it thank you very much Marry from Forever Wick Candle Co.

I wasn't able to use my 20% discount that I got in the mail today so I sent an email and spoke with Marry while although she could not give me the 20% discount she did give me a one time 10% discount. Then the 10% discount wouldn't work however she has escalated it to her higher-ups. Thank you Marry for all your help I appreciate you. Thank you for being so kind 😇 🤗 😘 🤗 😘
Superb Customer Service

Do not be a sucker. The reviews are fake. Written by the staff. What you get are Candles that burn extremely fast and the diamonds are the absolute tiniest chips that care barely be seen by the naked eye. This is a total scam, they get away with it because your really just buying an overpriced candle. I have filed complaint with BBB. I was shocked to see hundreds of complaints on the BBB.

The response from Mary was fast and helpful to resolve an issue with shipping. Very professional and helpful

I loved the candles I got from this company! They smelled great, and lasted a while. I had a candle that got some wax in the vials, but the costumer service was so great, it more than made up for it. They not only sent me the gems, but they sent me extra! I love the gems, and I loved lighting the candles to get to them.

They are making a quality product that is a great gift for your better half, or grandma, or momma. The Forever Wick Brand is great. And if they have any concerns they will reach out to you to get your shipment correct and on its way to you.

Originally got a candle from them for my wife and I wedding anniversary the label was creased 😕 but they sent a replacement candle for free and I got to keep the original one I ordered I would highly recommend buying from this company great customer service also thank you
