This store is a disappointment
This store is a disappointment. Not only its products, but also its customer service and perfume delivery. If you don't want to endure a storm of disappointment, anger, and mistreatment, don't buy from this company. The worst customer service you can find. So not buy from this company
So not buy from this company. I have ordered a lot from.them and I recently ordered from them and never received it. They said contact the carrier who was supposed to have delivered it. I did and they were no help. ForeverlLux stated they we a business that did good business and they would not help me. I will never buy from this poor excuse of a company.

I will never by another product from this company again if this is how you treat loyal customers. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with you and now when my product hasn’t arrived you won’t replace it or refund my money. That’s terrible customer service! Called and the only thing I got was it was sent and your not responsible for it.. i will never buy from you again and i will pass the word to EVERYONE I know not to shop with this company!
