Ordered 3 money boxes not realising they would be coming from USA or is it China
Who knows because I'm not sure they do
Ordered on 3 Dec and actually arrived on on the 3rd of Jan
Quality is crap
Different size to one ordered
Meant to be large but no bigger than size of my hand
No names etched instead you get stickers
Absolute joke customer services
Been asking for return address since receiving
They have sent refunds in pennies instead
Won't be giving up trying to return and refund

Superb value for money. Mom loves it. Quality and good pricing.

Used these shoes for grade school cross country. My son has liked them and used them most of the season. They have held up quite nicely and he says they are comfortable. No issues and would buy again. They have not broken down after a lot of miles.

Order was placed 3 Nov 2023 as a Christmas gift. Order arrived the second week of Jan 2024. When product arrived, the quality is poor and it wasn't personalized as ordered and as advertised.

SCAM ALERT!!! This is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had.

1) What you see on their website and the products you eventually receive (if at all) are NOT the same. Poor quality, different wood colour, NO personalisation. You are given a sticker sheet to paste the letters of the name yourself and even then, the sticker sheet has letters that are tiny and not at all what was seen on the website.

2) HORRIBLE customer experience. Once the notification emails started coming in, I had a terrible feeling about the entire thing. The updates were sketchy at best. And untruthful.

3) ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Zero customer support when I emailed in to ask for an update on delivery (as it was well over a month). Instead I was directed to some FAQ page and a templatised answer.

If I could give minus 0 score, I would. Definitely a scam, absolutely no response from "customer service" other than "please be patient." A tracking order is provided but no name of carrier. My order was placed the very beginning of November, and had, supposedly, been sitting in Newark, NJ waiting for distribution. Luckily, I did not spend much, and will continue to contact them for satisfaction. So sad people can't earn a living honestly.

Ordered 1st December 2023. Still not received. Can’t get anywhere trying to track where it is supposed to be. I would rather have a refund now, but can’t get anywhere with emails. It’s all just automated.

So angry that I didn’t read reviews before I ordered - after lots of emails items arrived weeks late and not in time for Christmas. The quality is poor , packaging terrible ,and they are tiny. I ordered similar from Amazon at half the price and they came next day. Only challenge now is pushing for refund. There are no details of where to send them back

Received product NOT as advertised, came with all different size font stickers for name. Cheapy wood, not at all worth the $$. But worst of all, took almost 3 months to get product. Order in October for Christmas gift, rec'd in January! Customer service not helpful at all!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY of their products, you will regret!

I ordered 2 on 11/15/23 with a guaranteed Christmas delivery. They never arrived until 1/2/24. In communicating prior to I was given a fake url link and it was just horrible. When they arrived it was not as advertised. The names were not on there and they provided stickers but yet instill when ordering they have you provide the name. They are micro small; nothing large at all. Last but not least the one item was NOT finished and just looks like plain wood. I tried contacting them again and no results. They are horrible and hope no one else gets ripped off. Photo of what I received attached. Believe me they are not larger. Basically the size of an open hand in person. I'm so annoyed so please forgive me for any run on sentences etc etc. Very very 😡😡😡😡. I am searching for all sites that I can give these scum bags the horrible review they deserve.

O stars. Never received product. 1 tracking says from Italy, 1 says from China. DO NOT ORDER from this company! Also charged us more than on the order confirmation. Total scam!!

First the charge that hit my account was more than at checkout by ~20%
Then, after about 4 weeks the tracking showed my items were on NV and just stopped progressing. When I reached out to customer service, I received a completely different tracking showing my items were in NYC. That tracking has not progressed in a week. I ordered over 6 weeks ago and no longer can use the items.

Purchased personalized letter piggy banks, what a piece of crap, don't waste your money on this. Ad stated it was personally engraved, it is NOT. They give you some really small stickers to put on yourself, not at all depicted on the ad. When you try to write a review on the site giving it a one start it magically disappears, wonder why on the site it shows 5 stars. Also I selected express shipping they said 7 days, I ordered on Nov 26 didin't get it till JAN 5.

I ordered 7 banks for Christmas in October. They never arrived. January I get a package and what they sent me was not what I even ordered. There were 7 small not wooded banks all the letter A and none engraved. All came with sticker letters for me to apply. Each bank should have been in the letter of each child and their name on the bank. DO Not order from this company at all, they are a scam. Luckily I got in touch with my bank and they investigated and then returned my money.

SCAM! I ordered three piggy banks weeks before Thanksgiving, and they arrived January 4th. They were not as advertised - letters were much smaller, different color wood, and with stickers to put a name on when it’s advertised that they will print letters on. They provide questionable tracking information that never updates. I did receive a refund, after I threatened them twice so be persistent!

This “company” should be ashamed. All the reviews stating that the product doesn’t reflect what is being sold are accurate. The piggy banks I received 6 weeks after ordering are total crap. I’m embarrassed that I ordered them.

They had a wide range of items from clothing to home goods. Store purchase was smooth. Great products, much satisfied.

This company is a complete scam!!! I ordered 2 wooden banks for my grandsons for Christmas back in NOVEMBER & still haven't received them! I can't get in touch with anyone & every time I try to track it has 2 different tracking numbers! There is NO customer service phone number & they tell you everything is shipped in the USA & 1 says it was shipped from Spain & 1 is saying it was shipped from China! SCAMMERS!!!
