Fast funding with reasonable terms
Howard and Rob worked extremely hard to provide funding with reasonable terms given the situation I was in. The funding made it possible to float the cash until our next big sale and I appreciated that he honored the prepay discount for the early payoff. Great service and result!
As a roofing contractor it became necessary to seek additional capital to support material purchases. Howard at Fordham Capital did an excellent job of staying on top of the project and producing results that far exceeded competition. The financing sought was in my bank within 72 hours. The amount approved was 25% higher than needed and double what others offered. If you want to work with a good, experienced banker you should seek out Howard at Fordham Capital!
