As Director of Operations and the sole decision maker for marketing and external suppliers, I confirm unequivocally that no authorised person within this business placed an order with your company.

You have never spoken to me, sought my approval, or verified authority with the business decision maker. No contract has been signed, no written consent provided, and no artwork approved. Issuing an invoice without a signed agreement or verified authority is neither transparent nor standard practice — it is improper and potentially unlawful.

Suggesting that an unnamed “authorised representative” entered into an agreement is not evidence. If you are claiming a lawful contract exists, you are required to provide verifiable proof of:
• Who allegedly authorised it
• Their authority to bind the company
• The exact date and method of consent
• Written approval of artwork and confirmation to proceed

You have produced none of this.

Instead, our business details — clearly displayed on our website — have been used to initiate unsolicited contact and then followed by pressured invoicing. Persisting with payment demands under these circumstances is unacceptable and may be viewed as harassment.

To be clear:
No approval was given.
No contract exists.
No payment will be made.

Any genuine business understands the necessity of written authorisation before proceeding. Your failure to secure this sits entirely with your organisation, not with “internal communication breakdowns”.

This matter has been reported and remains formally disputed.

We have done 3 campaigns over the year with Force Media, never had any issues with adverts or publications, which may I say are excellent quality. Also wasn’t a problem when I asked for a pack of Anti Bullying posters for my children’s school at no extra cost.
