For All Australia Arvostelua

Loving the lavender + clove laundry liquid. The laundry liquid is concreted i don't use much in one wash, it dosn't leave a soapy or tacky film on my good clothes and the clothes wash much better than the ones in the supermarket. When i clean out the washing machine properly, The smell of the laundry is divine, fresh and soothing. Our family is a 1 to 3 times a day full 10kg load. Kids clothes dirty, kids bedding and hubby's clothes sweaty. All come out with a lasting fresh lavender smell. Helpful having the 5lt as this saves extra stress, on a family who has endless washing in a week. I do have one down fall and that would be the tap for the 5lt and it dosn't screw on securely if the bottle is on it's side. If the base of the tap was a harder plastic and sat firmly even if nocked it would be useful other wise personally lost a lot of product juggling the tap to secure on well. Otherwise Highly recommend product, thank you for a practical formula!

Delay - I ordered during the EOFY sale at the end of June noting that processing times would be longer than usual. For All indicated that the estimated delivery was 7-10 July.

It took a full month for the order to be received - and action was only taken after I asked multiple times why it was taking longer than their estimate.

When the order finally arrived, it was missing an item.

Communication - For All sent an email 11 days after my order asking about the product. This was before I had even received it - and before they had even given the order to the courier!

They indicated that they would chase up the order if it had not arrived safely. I asked for this to happen - and received no response from For All.

It took multiple subsequent emails to For All to get them to follow up the delayed order. Responses to subsequent communication were formulaic (AI written?) with the same sentiments over and over. I had to ask one question five times in order to get a response.

Expensive product - several items in the bundle of products ordered were empty spray bottles (charged at around $10 each - on sale).

The cleaners smell nice but I'm not convinced that they work any better than others.

Customer service tip to For All - when there is a clear service failure (in this case, long delay, poor communication and missing item), a good will gesture (e.g. discount on future order or small free item) helps more than empty apologies.

Would I buy again? No, not even on sale.

The all purpose cleaner is...fine. My expectations were probably too high after reading the glowing reviews, but ultimately it performs as well as any other supermarket product I've used. I even tried making up a paste with baking soda to leave on my shower grout, but the results were just ok. On a positive note the tea tree fragrance is lovely and the bottle is so large that it should last a long period of time.

The all purpose is ok. I don't think there is anything special about it though. Mould and stain absolutely did nothing at all. On that note, there is a facebook group and with dozens of comments on the mould and stain, and they were overwhelmingly negative. All comments have been deleted and no comments can be made.
Customer service was a bit slow prior to order arriving.
I have been trialling several different brands, some still to try, but for all is sadly not up there in my ratings. I won't purchase again. I wanted to like it because they do have a lot of fans with great reviews, but it was a big waste for me. Not even excited to try the other products I have going by honest reviews of people who didn't love the other products.

Loved discovering these friendly but effective cleaning products just started with the all everyday cleaner but have now ventured to washing powder, mould cleaner arriving soon and dishwashing powder. Scents are so lovely, you won’t be disappointed. Definitely worth every penny

Always consistent. Just received the Laundry, which I haven't tried yet but I am sure it will live up to the standard of my previous experience which is the cleaning spray and the mildew cleaner both of which of great!

The product is amazing.. it can be used for everything, I have 4 bottles made up around the house and use it everyday.
One for all concentrate bottle lasts so long so it’s very economical.
I’ve just ordered the mold and stains so I’m hoping that will be as good 😊

Consistency where it matters most!

As a professional cleaner and business operator for + 5 years I can share that Forall has been our number 1 product for our tool box. Also my only product at home.

Why:
1.Does exactly what Katie and her team say, follow the easy cheat sheet follow the socials for tips and shares from all the teams that use it if you’re not sure.

2.It’s the only product I can quantify using to plan forward stock on hand. That means clarity and control on cash flow and your operating expenses.

3.It’s not caustic!!! I feel comfortable that my clients and team members are not exposed to anything harmful day to day.

3.Goes along way and so easy to share with new customers. Always let them know the first purchase gets a discount.

4. They are always evolving and finding new ways to make cleaning simpler.

Things to note:
Fact retailers can’t control the postage and costs surrounding this space not to mention 3rd party shipping.
They do their best to maintain a consistent service and support their team.
I’ve seen how the promotional offers smash this time line so I buy up then but I don’t rely on the order. Businesses need to plan! New customers trust that it’s worth the wait.

I’ve grown with Forall and a proud customer and ambassador with no kick backs. I’m also always going to support an Authentic and local brand and go on the journey. I’m so happy Katie and the crew are always thinking out of the box and don’t rush into anything before they know it’s right.

Keep up the great work and I’m already looking forward to what’s next, mostly I’m so glad I can trust the day to day is covered and always a high level of finish.

Love the 'For All' products. I've been using the laundry and dishwashing liquid for a couple of years now, and even though I live in NZ, it's worth getting 'For All' shipped from Australia. I purchase the 5 litre bottles and they do last a long time.
Customer service is excellent, and I'm loving the new scrub sponges and small wipes.

I have been using For All for a fair while. It is a high quality natural cleaning product. There are many different fragrances and all of them smell sooo good. Plus of course the scrubbies and waffle cloths are a must have. You’ll never use anything else once you’ve tried For All. I especially love the new product For All mould and stains. Seriously good stuff 👍🏻. Plus it’s super easy to navigate the website and check is quick as well.

I purchased the pine and eucalyptus for all
And my whole house smells so fresh
I washed my car as well as my partners car dirt came off with ease
Makes a first time cleaner it made me so much easier to clean the whole house without looking for seperate cleaning products

It is so much fun to clean with this product cause i am not worried about the side effects and it smells so amazing.

I am a first time user of for all. I will highly recommend to anyone. I will be getting rid of my other cleaning products.

Customer service and business ethics are appalling to say the least. I contacted them to cancel my order when order was not dispatched after 3 days. Upon enquiring, order was not packed and was refused a cancel due to "change of mind", and that it can take "upto 10 business days for dispatch as per their policy". (Which, by the way, actually said upto 7 business days during sales periods when I purchased the items) A few days later they send me a dispatched notification saying order is on the way with a shipping link that says check back in 48 hours. I check back 6 days later and still no update. I contacted them to provide me with an actual update, only to be told that it's still in the queue for dispatch. I then requested a refund as it had exceeded their stated timeline of upto 10 business days and order had not yet been dispatched. I was denied a refund despite pointing out their dishonesty and breach of consumer guarantees due to not providing the goods that I had payed for by the given timeline, as well as providing a deceptive shipping notification. They tried to justify this saying that tracking numbers are generated when shipping label is printed and that it does not mean that it's been picked up by the courier. (Not sure since when "Dispatched, on the way" meant "label created"??)
Needless to say, I will never be purchasing from this business again.
I would only recommend purchasing from them if you lack moral values, honesty and integrity, and don't mind being gaslit while waiting indefinitely to receive your products.
2 weeks and still no substantial update for shipping my order.

I was so happy with the product. It was introduced to me by my client she has a bad allergy and I am glad that she let me try the product. Now, I am sharing my cleaning Angel (For All) to my friends and family. I bought some spray bottles, put the product to let them try. Now, they are happy to put an order. I told them that I don't have a commission from the company, just purely happy to share them my secret 🤪. Happy cleaner here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I have been using For All, Laundry Detergent and Stain and Mould for quite a while now and find all products great especially the Laundry and Stain removal. Only a small amount of each to do the job so the products will last for a long time. Congratulations on making products that actually work! I will be promoting your products to my friends and hope they start using them too. Thank you Kacie.

amazing quality products that are great for the environment and your hip pocket that actually do what they say they do

I’ve been using clean all for a while I love the dishwasher powder best product I’ve used in the dishwasher clean all clean benches oven and bathroom clean and really nice perfume and not over powering and the laundry detergent is very good

I have used other for all products in the past and liked them, so I tried the dishwasher powder. Very disappointed. Half of my dishes don't come clean and they all have water marks on them. Not worth it.

I use these products in my business. Cost effective. Nice shine. Pleasant smell… great
