I spoke to chrissy about a pair of golf shoes i bought from my golf club that was damaged she not only went out of her way helping me she phoned me back more than once then sent me a new pair free of charge i love them and will definitely be buying again customer service top class

Wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service is horrible. I have had footjoy my whole career (over 20 years) my first pair lasted at least 7 years they were amazing. I bought 2 pairs of the hyper flex boa on Christmas 2024. I have wore both maybe 20 times and the inside is all ripped and they won't help at all. They told me "sounds like the show is too big or too small that's why it is ripping"... What? Spend over $300 a pair at golf town and footjoy says too bad. I will never buy another pair of footjoy.

Linkshänder-Frauen-Handschuh auf der 1. Runde nach 8 Bahnen kaputtgegangen. Riesendiskussion mit dem Customer Service, am Ende keine Erstattung. Ende vom Lied, einen Kunden verloren, Srixon, Callaway & co haben einen gewonnen. Wird man verschmerzen können, ich aber auch:-)

Leider verarscht worden
Ich hatte eine Reklamation mit einem Golf Handschuh
Erst bekam ich eine Antwort das die Golfbälle in Ordnung sein. Beim 2ten Versuch verstand man das es sich um einen Handschuh mit Bild handelte und stellte einige Fragen. Die habe ich alle beantwortet und bekam dann die Antwort das die Reklamation gerechtfertigt ist aber sie nichts machen da sie ein Großhändler sind. Ich solle zum Händler gehen.😩😩

Bought size 10 after 2 months I feel like I’m wearing a size 12
Can’t tighten down the shoe enough
BOA system is under warranty not shoe
The BOA isn’t broken but I can get a new one to install on the shoe myself (no thanks)
Would not recommend this shoe or tying system at all
Or footjoys warranty
Now I’m stuck with a month old pair of golf shoes that don’t fit
Might as well make planters out of them

I like their old shoe designs like the Contours from years ago, but I am disappointed that they are constantly changing their catalog to be more trendy and removing great items. Hard to be loyal to a product when you make it uglier every 12 months

On Christmas Day I ordered a pair of Hyperflex model #51044 golf cleats. I have worn these maybe 12-15 times since I got them. Since it’s been over their allotted “90” days from purchase, they will not honor the warranty. 100$ for a pair of cleats to only be wearable that few times is ridiculous. I bought them through Dicks sporting goods, and they both say the same thing about 90 days. A company should stand behind their product. When you spend that amount on something, you expect to at least be able to get a year out of them. So if you’re looking for cleats, I don’t recommend buying these!!

Bei Polizei schon Kreditkarte Betrug gemeldet. Finger weg !!!!!!

To say I'm stunned by how bad Footjoy customer service is would be an understatement. I ordered a pair of shoes, same size as every other Footjoy shoe I've used for years. They were too small so I initiated an exchange and paid $52 to ship them back. Went on line to get another size, same shoe. Despite the shoe being on website, was told they didn't have it. Spent time on website to find another alternative shown on the site. Again, found one and was told they didn't have it. We're now 0 for 2 in items shown, but not available. Nothing else I need, so asked for a refund. Was told "we can't give a refund". My question was "can't or won't", told can't. They told me to look around and find something else. I advised there was nothing else I wanted or needed and was then told "if you don't select something else WE, Footjoy, will send you something of OUR choosing. What? Who ever heard of a company selecting an item to satisfy an exchange (which I paid $52 to ship back).. After many back and forths and encountering the worst customer service accommodation and attitude ever, I relented and picked an item I don't need or want, but at least I got to select it. Lo and behold, that item is indeed available, but won't be sent until late May of 2025. Had been a loyal Footjoy customer for years, but will never buy another item from them. Shame on you, footboy.

Pas op, pure oplichting. 2 paar golfschoenen besteld bij footjoy-nederlands.com in de veronderstelling op de website van Footjoy zelf te zitten. Het blijkt een chinede scam-site te zijn. Je krijgt een plastic ring toegestuurd. Na gereclammeerd te hebben geven ze aan dat het de schuld is van de expressservice. Eigenlijk 0 sterren.

Absolute Katastrophe
Bestellung aufgegeben und dann kommt 14 Tage nichts. Auf der Homepage werden die Artikel als sofort verfügbar aufgelistet. Schaue ich auf der Bestellungsseite nach, wurde diese noch nicht mal bearbeitet.

Golfschoenen besteld bij footjoy-netherlands.com schoenen waren 63 euro, meerdere malen gereclameerd maar geen antwoord. Van mijn creditcard is 74 euro afgeschreven en is in behandeling bij ICS. ICS heeft gelijk mijn kaart geblokkeerd dus verder geen financiële schade. Site ziet er heel echt uit maar het is pure oplichterij. De prijzen van de schoenen waren eigenlijk too good to be true, ben nu extra voorzichtig.

Ik bestelde ook golfschoenen en ontving een plastic ringetje in een"Cartier" zakje. Er stond 7 USD op het zakje maar ik denk dat het nog geen 70 cent waard is.
Ook communiceert steeds ene mevrouw Karin op als contactpersoon. Maar communicatie met haar helpt je geen ene zier.

Rückgabe und Erstattung ist eine Katastrophe. Der Rückversand erfolgt an eine deutsche Adresse, muss dann aber noch von dort an Footjoy UK weitergeleitet werde. Das Ganze dauert eine Ewigkeit. Ich warte jetzt schon über 5 Wochen auf die Erstattung!

Ich habe bei footjoy.de Schuhe bestellt. Da die Schuhe, die ich mir bestellt hatte, diesmal deutlich anders ausfielen, als meine normalen Schuhe von Footjoy, musste ich diese Retournieren. Endgültig habe ich dann ein paar Schuhe bekommen, die passten. Die Rückgaben allerdings dauern diesmal extrem lange. Ich habe sie an einen deutschen Zwischenhändler geschickt, so wie es FootJoy von mir wollte. Dort angekommen wurden sie von diesem nach England geschickt. Das dauert nun zum Teil sehr lange und es erfolgt keine Rückzahlung. Es waren mehrere Rückgaben und es sind zum Teil mehr als drei Wochen um. Wir reden hier nicht von 20 €, sondern von insgesamt 1000 €, die ich von Footjoy zurück erwarte. Dies darf eigentlich nicht sein. Wenn Footjoy unbedingt aus UK senden möchte, müssen diese Bestellungen über Rechnung anbieten, damit derartige Summen nicht beim Kunden hängen bleiben. Die Reaktionen auf meine E-Mails haben jedes Mal 2-3 Tage, einmal sogar länger gedauert. Auch noch ein schlechter Kundenservice. Alles in allem kein gutes Urteil für solch eine Weltmarke. Ich kann nur davon abraten, Schuhe dort zu kaufen.

Wel een niet bestelde plastic zonnebril ontvangen. Ook nog € 6 invoerrechten voor moeten betalen.
Eigenlijk had er ook bij het zien van de prijs een lichtje moeten gaan branden. Deze prijzen kunnen nooit goed zijn. Dit is echte oplichting!!

Een ster is nog veel te veel! Golfschoenen besteld a €78(creditcard afgeschreven €102) en n zonnebril a <€1 ontvangen.
Echt oplichterij!

Bought two jackets and received a cap but no jackets have tried emailing no response very unhappy and can’t see getting my money back or my jackets 😡
