It was absolutely easy in terms of communication and instructions. Everything worked. So we had a nice trip.

great communication and great follow thru for the tixkets!

Had a great experience! Provided very thoughtful instructions.

Excellent experience with great communication. Dealt with Jay who delivered tickets a couple of days in advance and also provided great advice for attending the match right up to our arrival at the stadium.

Chelsea vs Newcastle. Tickets decently priced, other than the tax and service charge. I purchased 3x tickets together back in December and on the post it had said ‘seated together’ however I received my tickets the day before the match and we were not in fact sat together. 2 tickets were in East Upper (separately) and one in Matthew Harding. After going back and forth with the company and them making me feel like I was incorrect in this situation, we ended up accepting the tickets as they were. The seats themselves were amazing, just extremely unfortunate we didn’t get to sit together as a family, especially as we flew to come to this game and can’t just go anytime.

Genuine retailer and swift delivery of tickets. Will absolutely recommend and also purchase ticket from retailer again

Spoke to Michael on live chat and the first response I received was ‘I don’t know who you are’ no greeting or introduction. Not a very professional way to start a customer interaction AVOID

Great communication and trustworthy.

Great great great seller. Speedy reply after purchase and easy to communicate👍

He told us everything in a concise manner and did the job for us without any problems.

My seller, Jay, was very responsive and made sure I received my ticket in a timely manner and contacted me every step of the way until I was inside. He also followed up with me after to make sure things when well!

Website says you’ll get tickets 3-4 days before the game. I emailed them multiple times and tried to use their website chat bot with zero answer. Once I was able to get in touch with them (the day before the game) they sent me tickets and didn’t address why I was ignored multiple times by there team. zero accountability.

Everything went smooth, first class seats😃 No problems with anything!

Fake tickets, I had paid and planned to watch the Wolverhampton Vs Arsenal game for many months. We were emailed the tickets and tried to get in, only to be told we had been scammed and the tickets were fake! We spent so much on transport and hotels, not to mention the devastating blow of rejection at ticket office. We were treated like criminals through no fault of our own. The refund for the tickets won't even scratch through surface for regarding the cost of our trip. I feel let down, it's not worth taking a risk with this website - I can imagine this will happen again.

The ticket reseller was very nice and helpful, outlining step by step processes of how to get the tickets on my phone and where to use them. He checked in before the game to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great customer service!

This is the first time in my life I've watched an English Premier League match live. The atmosphere at the stadium is totally different from watching it on TV, and I'm already looking forward to the next time.

By the way, the ticket-buying process was very legitimate and smooth!! Once again, a big thank you to the staff. ✅

Smooth instructions. Good communication. I would be patient with receiving the tickets but great expierence and would absolutely do it again!
