Got the tickets as promised before kick off. Got told about potential kick off times but we checked and sat down for the game anyway. Great seats and and even better view. Will be purchasing again for sure.

Everything went really smooth. Saad messaged 2 days before kick off explaining the pick up point for the tickets. We had 5 tickets and they managed to get us a 3 and a 2 for the Real Madrid v Real Betis game. Would 💯 use them again.

I bought the tickets for the match btw Man United and Newcastle. The game is amazing and the seats are good. It is my first time watching game at Old Trafford and timely response for my questions was received even in Christmas.

We booked tickets for Real Madrid v Celta Vigo, communication was good and we were given directions and instructions 2 days before the game. We met Helena who supplied us with the tickets, everything was prompt and polite.
We were pleased with our seats and the whole experience. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

I bought two tickets for a football match through Football Experience a month in advance, received immediate confirmation, and was told only 3 days before the match that they couldn’t secure them. But by then I had already booked flights and accommodation, which were lost.

I asked for alternative tickets or some compensation, but they refused (though they did refund the ticket price).
They also send emails offering a 10% discount in exchange for a review, which makes me question the reliability of many positive reviews here.

Overall, the service felt unreliable and rather dodgy.

È legale? In breve: ho pagato online (circa 230 € cadauno) con carta i biglietti per assistere ad una partita di Champions League fuori casa, con i biglietti del settore ospiti (a € 50) esauriti. I biglietti non vengono spediti, perché sono abbonamenti nominali dei settori più economici (ultimo anello). Viene richiesto il ritiro in loco presso un hotel di appoggio, vengono date istruzioni su come rispondere in caso di controllo con la raccomandazioni di non dire di averli pagati. A fine partita vanno riportati nuovamente in hotel entro poche ore, loro trattengono un documento quindi si è costretti. L'hotel non è vicinissimo, è un sistema davvero molto scomodo. Più che altro non ho capito ancora se il sistema è legale.

Complete dodgy outfit. Don't trust this company. They make out they are a big ticket company.pany but reality its a one man band. You buy tickets and then get told you have to meet someone outside the ground the day before to collect your ticket. They have no affiliation with any team despite how the website make it look. Had to do a chargeback on my credit card. Scam artists. Company name was already changed due to a load of bad reviews. Dont. Fall for it! You tell them you want a refund and they refuse and when you tell them you are doing a chargeback they try to threaten you with legal action from their so-called legal team. There is NO legal team, this is a fraudster operating from his spare bedroom lol

It was my first experience with a second ticketing platform and i was a little scared, but evrything went good, we received the tickets directly in our hotel, watched the game and enjoyed our time at the Santiago Bernabeu

We first purchased 2xtickets for barcalona v valencia camp nou stadium, 1 month ago, traveld from norteast england for weekend flight&hotel, and we were told we would get them sent to phone night befor , we were worried becos the camp nou (100,000 capacity-wouldnt be ready , instead would be played at johan cruff stadia (barca b which only has a 6.000 capacity!! Then were informed all the barcalona fans would be put in a lottery!!! So we thought no chance will we get 1 !! However evry time we contacted a guy called saad on wottsapp he replied very quick, and assured we would get tickets, and on day of game , rest assured we got the electronic code for game, and barcalona won 6-0💥 thanks saad mate👍 will definitely be using football experience again in future

No synchronization between the systems, sending reminders to things that already been done,you cant understand were you are sitting in the match - im a milan fan and eventually sitted with roma fans.

I bought tickets for the Barcelona vs Real Madrid game, which took place on May 11, 2025.

Communication was smooth throughout. They sent notifications two weeks before the match, one week before, and so on.

Tickets were delivered as promised (12 to 24 hours before kickoff) via WhatsApp.

The most impressive part: this is the first reseller where tickets feature my name and passport number, not someone else’s, as many similar websites do.

I am grateful to this team for providing great tickets on time for such a wonderful event. Keep up the good work!

I was a bit wary of paying so much for the recent Barcelona vs Madrid El Classico tickets. But honestly, it was a smooth process. Good communication and delivered promptly and efficiently by WhatsApp. And what a game and venue and seats!! Can’t recommend enough!

Everything was perfect in the end. I did email and WhatsApp a number of times in the lead up to the Real Madrid vs celta Vigo match but never had a reply.
My husband and I both did the same 2 days before the event and eventually got a reply the question, they needed to check the query then it was then answered quickly and the tickets were dropped off at the hotel earlier than the said window.
Everything was excellent from then on and ran very smoothly. Ticket return instructions easy - leave in the provided envelope at the hotel.
Seats were excellent (over priced but that’s what happens with 3rd party sites) but excellent - 3 tickets next to each other which was a pleasant surprise as the guarantee was 2 together and one close by.
Would use again but would suggest that prior communication requires improvement just to make the process easier for the customer. I was wondering for a period of time if it was a scam site due to the lack of communication and response!
