This company took the time to give me an estimate and a visual of what my food truck would look like long before I was able to afford a truck. I appreciate letting us observe up close what other trucks and trailers look like at completion. Arial did a great job in the time frame we requested. This company gave us options for payment and assistance information if we needed to inquire about loan options. Arial will sit down with you on the computer to build your truck, give you ideas and options to work with. Smart Food Truck is a great company and I will recommend them to others interested in starting a food truck business, The only thing I would recommend for this company? Is to label the switches in the box and on the wall for your first time food truck owners.
