The course provided valuable learning experiences. While the pace was not ideally suited to my needs, I appreciated the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties through questions. I fully intend to enroll in Level 3.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the NZ School of Food & Wine. The course was well-structured, hands-on, and very engaging from start to finish. The tutor was knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they teach, which made learning both enjoyable and inspiring.
The facilities were excellent. I also appreciated the friendly and professional environment that made everyone feel welcome, regardless of experience level.
Highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn about food, wine, and hospitality, and food safety in a truly professional yet approachable setting!
