I'm always happy with fone doctors
I'm always happy with fone doctors, I've used them three times. This time I got a next day appointment for an iphone with a battery that needed replacing. It was done the same day and I picked up after a few hours. Thanks again guys.

Professional & Trustworthy
My chosen store in the London Bridge station complex has now closed (yep, Covid) so we went instead to their nearby store at King's Yard off Borough High St. Lovely guy who served us and felt he was completely trustworthy. I've used FD 5 or 6 times and my experience to date with FD is that I trust them completely and this is not something I have felt with other mobile phone concessions.
Keep up the high standards guys.
Matt, King's Cross

Used 3 times - always a perfect service
Used 3 times. Always rated them. This last time my phone was broken and sadly couldn't be resuscitated but... I know Fone Drs tried super hard to do everything they could. Always a personal experience. It also took the sting out of it a bit as if they can't fix your phone they don't charge you so I didn't have to pay to find out it was beyond repair. I also loved the chocolate on my returned phone!! Thanks, fone Drs for everything.

Saved by the bell
So, went to Apple to have my phone checked they told me it was Unrepairable and I bought a new phone. I then went to fone doctors & within 5 minutes my old phone was working. I’m also going to return the phone I bought .
Once again fone doctors saves the day 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Excellent and friendly service
Excellent and friendly service. Resolved a complex problem which Apple declined/failed to remedy, allowing me to migrate to a new Iphone. Fone Doctors are a very innovative team who demonstrated that they are willing to look outside-the-box to find solutions to problems. Thanks to Aliyaan, Faisal and Johny for your assistance
