We felt completely supported by the entire team, especially our guides and porter, who consistently prioritized our health, safety, and enjoyment. Their professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude made a tremendous difference throughout the trip.

We also encountered a couple of weather-related delay days, and the team handled these challenges exceptionally well. They kept us informed, comfortable, and on track while adapting plans as needed. It was the most life-changing experience. I never knew I was going to have. From the beginning it felt like just something new that I did not get when I had visited other countries. The warm welcome that we got when picked up at the airport up until the end of the trip with all of the support from our guide and the porters, it is an experience I can never forget.

My cousins and I did a trip to Machu Picchu, Peru with Follow Alice and I highly recommend them! They exceeded our expectations from the second we got to Peru. They are so kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Our guide was amazing, he was caring, warm, hilarious and so supportive during our trek. He was the morale booster we all needed. The porters were superhuman, truly the heroes of the trip. They went above and beyond for us - from making delicious fresh food in the middle of the Andes Mountains to running past us during that difficult trek just to make sure they are on time to the next meeting spot for us. The trek itself was a once in a lifetime experience, and I’m so happy I got to do it with Follow Alice.

My Annapurna circuit trek was amazing. From the beginning phone call with Daniel Louis. I was a solo female trekker age 62 and the staff at followAlice made me feel so safe. Nepal manager Sonam G Sherpa was fantastic, Sonam and my guide Ang Chindu Sherpa were always in communication and adjusted my trek depending on how I was feeling. I had the best guide Ang Sherpa and porter Ngwang Sherpa, I couldn't have made it to the passThrong La 5416 M. Thank you all at FollowAlice.

My family and I used Follow Alice for a trip to Peru.
They were organized, professional, and accomodating throughout the whole trip. Booking them for such a logistically demanding tour was definitely the move.

Our accomodations were nice and the staff were particularly attentive, from the first email contact all the way to the local folks in the mountains helping with our trek. The website has an accessible interface and the contacts were able to answer all our questions with patience and detail. I appreciated their trip PDFs that had additional info including packing recs, logistics, and background for tipping.

My mothers and I would not have been able to make it to Machu Picchu without their help. I will definitely be back for our next trek!

From the initial stages to the finish, everything was well organised. Puru is very responsive to communication and every concern I had was addressed. Special shout out to Sonam who goes out of his way to accommodate my requests. He is a legend!

Highly recommended, excellent service and they deliver on their commitments

Not the cheapest way to hike but excellent "end to end" service for those that want that.I have done EBC (no guides) and now Mardi Himal (I am older) (Follow Alice).Excellent guiding service. Main weakness is the poor infrastructure (eg toilets) of the Tea Houses which is the fault of the various Nepalese Conservation area and conflicting authorities.People would pay more for better facilities. eg New Zealand,South Africa.Mardi Himal was a fantastic hike made better by the forest ascent rather than the bleakness above the tree line eg (EBC).

Guides are knowledgeable and experienced. Dafuri Sherpa, Mingma Sherpa, and Sonam Sherpa are very knowledgeable. Thank you for an excellent trip. Wishing you all the best!

I went on the 8-day lemosho route. It was very well organised, and well informed beforehand. The climb itself was amazing, everyone on the team made sure you would have the best time and if everything was alright. Would recommend to choose followalice to everyone.

Our Everest Base Camp trek with Follow Alice was a true once-in-a-lifetime experience that exceeded our expectation.

A very special thank you to Puru and Sonam for the flawless organization. Everything was perfectly planned, allowing us to focus entirely on the journey and the breathtaking beauty of the Himalayas.

But what truly made this adventure unforgettable were the incredible people walking beside us. Our guide, Rinji Sherpa, was exceptional — professional, attentive, and deeply inspiring throughout the trek. Our porters, Nima Sangge Sherpa and Utra Bahdur Rai, were simply amazing. Their strength, kindness, and constant support made what seemed impossible feel achievable.

A moment that will stay with us forever: towards the end of the trek, Nima stayed by Christel’s side, supporting her. When it came time to say goodbye, she was overwhelmed with emotion and in tears while tipping the team — a reflection of the deep bond we had built.

At the beginning, they are strangers. But day after day, step after step, you create something incredibly special — a human connection that goes far beyond the trek itself.

They didn’t just help us reach Everest Base Camp — they made our dream come true.

We did an Everest Base Camp track in March. They organized the trip end-to-end: airport picks up, accommodation throughout the trek, guide and porter, introduction session. Everything was top notch.

And additional thanks to the Follow Alice team who were very flexible when our trip got delayed because of the unexpected situation where our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook it. Despite all the turbulence the trek happened and we reached the EBC!

The Follow Alice team did an amazing job helping me put together the perfect 2-week itinerary for Uganda. They allowed me to customize an existing itinerary they already had, to something that was more geared to my interests. I appreciated the suggestions that they brought to my attention and the flexibility to adjust things. I was impressed by how quickly they would reply to my questions and quires. While it was pricey, everything for my package was included, from top rate accommodation to all meals, activities and park and trekking permits, so it was good value, especially considering I had a private guide and vehicle throughout. I enjoyed every minute of my trip, and the local guide Alex who was with me for the duration was incredible. I highly recommend Follow Alice them and would definitely work with them again.

Our Tanzania safari was an unforgettable experience! The landscapes were breathtaking, from the endless plains of the Serengeti to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater.
