Tuotteen tiedot
In 1950, Ray Bradbury had a kernel of an idea for a story, and rented a typewriter in the basement of the UCLA library for nine days (it cost him $9.80). Dashing from the basement to the stacks to track down half-remembered quotations and typing at furious speed, in that short time he produced the first draft of an extraordinary novel. Serialised, widely published, adapted for film, theatre and even opera, the book, as Bradbury wrote, ‘seems to have a life that goes on recreating itself’.

One of my favorite books I ever owned. I prefer to take video calls in front of my book shelf and this one always seems to get a lot of comments. The cover art is so aesthetic I ended up deciding to display it and people have recognized it despite never seeing this edition prior. I love having it and and would definitely get this for any R.B. fan.

The book is great quality. Well binded and crisp paper. The images are what makes this value for money, a shorter book but wonderful unique full page illustrations.
