Before making this change, we contacted all active and valid users directly through their support tickets and offered compensation or alternatives to those who responded within the given timeframe.

Additionally, our Terms of Service clearly mentioned that:

Inactive services for more than 14 days may be removed
Services used for more than 3 days are non-refundable
Lifetime services were subject to discontinuation based on infrastructure capacity

That said, we understand how this situation could feel frustrating, especially if you missed the communication at the time. This is not the experience we want for our users.
