i'll admit I checked the status too often, maybe five times in a day.
But the £35 withdrawal had been pending two days with no sign of movement. the chat agent Craig assured me ticket 5521 had passed KYC, and still it wouldn't come off review. I asked what was outstanding and got the same message back word for word. It did land eventually, but only after a week of chasing.
