…aufgrund mangelhafter Zoll-Deklaration oder anderer Gründe !!?? habe ich bis heute noch kein Erhalt des bestellten und bezahlten Produktes!
Das Zollamt Kiel hat das Produkt zur Überprüfung festgehalten mit Forderung weiterer Kosten !
Somit eine höchst ärgerliche Situation, die in Ihrer Verantwortung liegt !

The product is just as it should be
The product is just as it should be. I've taken 5-htp before, these capsules are much smaller and easier to swallow compared to the other ones, and the dosage is just right for taking one per day.
Shipping to Finland over the christmas holidays took longer than expected, about 3 weeks. Could have picked the tracked delivery but decided to save a penny where I can.

Great value for money
Shipping to Germany took 20 days, albeit in the weeks before Christmas and under Brexit and Covid conditions which I find satisfactory. Did not receive and answer as to the whereabouts of the product although at that point (without my knowledge) it was already in postal storage and it was between Christmas and New Years.
5 stars here therefore foremost for product quality and price-performance-ratio which are great!

Whilst our products are manufactured in the UK, some of the active ingredients have to be sourced from overseas. For this reason, it has taken us longer to replenish our stock than we would like. Boswellia Serrata 5:1
Ordered the Boswellia Serrata 5:1 Extract and works out really economical as the concentration of the product allows me to take one a day with a high fat food, which I was told would aid its absorption. Really good value as a standard pack is 120 capsules. Delivery was fast with good customer service.
