Genuinely excellent customer service during my trial
The Customer Service agent - Ryan Sagolili - gave me truly outstanding help on my very first call for technical support during my early teething troubles on the second day of my trial period.
Ryan called back very promptly on the day of receiving my voicemail, and his patience was exemplary as I struggled in the call with tech' problems not to so much with FocusMe now but Zoom.
He then took a good 20 minutes or more to lead me step-by-step via a screen-share of FocusMe at my end through setting up a weekly, seven-day series of three successive Pomodoro sets - beginning with demonstrating move after smooth move with crystal-clear instruction, and next allowing me to do the last two Pomodoros by myself. Ryan might not want to hear this, but the man's a born teacher.
I will definitely, definitely be buying the FocusMe package at the end of the trial - and recommending it way high up to the rafters to the many students I meet in online forums and workshops at my university. It is truly an extraordinarily valuable tool that has fired up my productivity instantly while - equally quickly - drenching my procrastination in ice-cold water.
Ryan and FocusMe: take a bow to the sounds of roars and applause and the stamping of appreciative feet. Very many thanks again for your first-class, five-star help.

The Best Online Customer Service I have ever seen!
I'm not even exaggerating, they respond very fast even outside their work hours. I had an issue with FocusMe lagging my laptop, but with the help of customer service, we got it fixed easily. They always sent detailed responses.

The BEST app for focus and productivity
FocusMe is the only app that helps me stay focused and productive (especially as someone with ADHD). Takes a bit of getting used to but it is 100% worth it. I use the phone app as well which is free and very non invasive. Support is efficient, prompt, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The Blocker works 100%. Everything is very easy and you can customize your blocks very easily. The Support is very fast responding and always helps. I use focus me for like 6 months and it really helps me with social media ddiction and so on. I would higly recomend focus me. There ist really nothing i can complain about. FocusMe the best at helping with time management
FocusMe is hands down one of if not the best application to help with time management. I have nothing but good things to say about this website and the amazing work their team does to help people get on top of their priorities, and avoid unnecessary distractions. I’ve been a subscriber on and off for over three years and have never once been disappointed. Lastly, their staff is absolutely fantastic, and they are very quick to answer any questions you have or provide any support you need. Can’t recommend them enough.

Struggled with bugs, but company good to work with
I struggled with significant bugs in this software, and it didn't perform to my expectations. Other people seemed to have better experiences. The company was good to work with, and customer service was excellent.
