The only problem I encountered was with…

The only problem I encountered was with my bank trying to pay for the tickets. Since I am living in Saudi Arabia they had locked my card due to lack of use. Had the card unlocked. Did not know about the daily limit which required another call to them.

First time customer after I had to stop…

First time customer after I had to stop my purchase at the beginning of the pandemic.
Good customer service, not pushy to book when travel was pretty much impossible.
Completely changing travel plans from Europe to just spend summer in the Hamptons. I saved some money and looking forward to seeing what savings they have for Europe when I am ready to make that trip.

Helpful, careful, knowledgable service

After not being able to return home after visiting family in the US, flyworldclass saved the day and booked my wife and I for less than the prices we could find online. For that I am beyond grateful! I saw another review about issues booking to Australia. My experience was great and the person helping me was careful and knowledgable regarding mandatory quarantine along with other requirements. However, they were a bit hesitant to give me direct and specific answers to certain questions I had. They did direct me to government links to get the answers. Finding those links did take some effort on their part. For flight purchasing purposes this is a great website.
With all that in mind, it was a good service experience, and I would highly consider contacting them when I make my next travel plans.

This is an overdue review as I have…

This is an overdue review as I have worked with this company in the past but this is my first time actually completing a transaction. They have always been easy to work with and are super knowledgeable. I’m a virtual personal assistant with a busy schedule and multiple clients. Working with this company saved me time and effort to book the tickets for my client.

Shady, Bad service.

Shady, bad service, very questionable company

We thank you for your patience and share in your frustration as the airline has taken a significant and unreasonable amount of time to refund you. We as much as you would like the airline to expedite their process to provide this to you.

First and foremost it is important to address inaccuracies expressed in your review that are completely and factually false. We have been in correspondence for months, and it is regrettable your review does not take into account the context of those correspondences.

1. You were indeed booked on a valid ticket and there is a record of it.
This can be confirmed on credit card statements which show that the operating airline was the one to process payment for your tickets. You additionally received a confirmation document that was generated from the airline website.
Given the fact that your ticket was issued and a charge was made by the airline for the reservation, the lack of record may have been a grave miscommunication on the part of one airline representative you spoke. The truth is the status of your ticket is not able to be modified due to a credit card dispute you had made which limits the ability to access a reservation for modifications. This fact has been addressed months ago.

2. You are due a refund and your money is not gone.
It is true that the refund is significantly being delayed by the airline, but to no fault of Fly World Class. We have followed all proper steps and protocols to get is processed as expeditiously as possible. However, the credit card dispute placed for part of the transaction created significant issues. Additionally, the airline's staffing changes due to the pandemic result in the significant delays to process a refund.

Despite a misrepresentation of our service through a false and defamatory review, we now as always are committed to consistently providing you and all our customers with excellent service. While it is very disappointing that after repeated mutual understandings of the facts, we are at your blame regardless of fault.

Do know that now, as always, we will certainly be keeping you informed with any updates regarding your refund as soon as the airline provides us with an update. We sincerely look forward to the airline providing you with the due refund directly to your credit card.

I am very happy with the service…however....

I am very happy with the service provided by Jason Greene. There was only one issue that I was surprised about. Due to the pandemic, my flight home got canceled by BA. I was told by FlyWorldclass that I would have to pay extra to fly back in business class after the flights are resumed and that it was BA policy etc. I contacted the airline directly via Twitter and I was booked in business class without paying extra. I shared that with Flyworldclass and was told to not contact the airline directly in the future. Anyway kinda strange thing....

To do so now, we just want to explain that we refer our customers to reach out to us as we are your ticket supplier and often times changes need to be handled by the agency through different channels than for tickets that are directly booked with an airline. BE CAREFUL!!!

Terrible, unprofessional service and if I could give a lower score, I would. We originally booked seats from Ireland to Australia at good value prices, however these seats got cancelled twice. Although this was out of the control of FlyWorld Class, they refused to give us a refund and the only solution they offered was to spend $5000 US additional per ticket. We came to terms that this was the only option and went ahead. When we flew from Ireland to London, we were told by the Emirates counter that they couldn't check us in as the travel agent booked us on the wrong flight from NZ to Oz (Quarantine free flight) and were denied boarding. This was extremely stressful and instead of being apologetic, Neil said it was our responsibility to check which flight we should be on, and shouted at my partner on the phone. This is the main value of a travel agent in my mind and was an outrageous response. We rebooked flights for 2 days later, spending another $500 US to get booked. BEWARE before booking!

Fly World Class prides itself on not only excellent service but for being a great value. In some ways, we missed the mark on that in regards to our communications with you, and we would like to sincerely apologize for that. As an organization, we value customer feedback as it helps us strive for constant improvement as it allows us to better understand our clientele and their experiences.

Your situation is really complex and while not ideal, we truly hope that in perspective of everything holistically, you will have a more positive reflection on the overall experience as you were able to miraculously circumvent Australia's 14 day government mandated quarantine.

Allow us to say that we confidently do not solicit ourselves as experts in the immigration (visa) field as it is both complex and ever-changing. Our goal is to provide our clientele with first and business class tickets at a fair and reasonable value. If the notion of being a travel agency made any unspoken or unwritten implications that we can provide immigration advice, we regret that misrepresentation. We are sure to include in our contract terms and conditions that our passengers are responsible for any passport and entry requirements of their destination.

As travelers such as yourself going to Australia are aware, the number of passengers allowed to enter the country is limited which effects airline schedules that are volatile, usually with limited advanced notice to schedule changes. We share in the frustration you and every traveler attempting to return to Australia face as these trying times make getting home a delayed and seemingly impossible task. We are glad to have been of service to you and assisted you in booking your tickets and getting you on a viable itinerary back home in line with our ticketing agreement contract that you had signed and completed.

In taking the time to thoroughly review and to the best of our understanding interpret why you were denied boarding, we are left with an unclear answer. Our role, solely as a provider of tickets, contradicting information from airlines and government agencies regarding restrictions, and the mismanaged enforcement of travel regulation practices seems to have resulted in an unfortunate turmoil. However, it also created what seems to be a rare and isolated opportunity that aided you in traveling from Europe to Australia without ever undergoing a quarantine on arrival.

Based on the Australian government website with travel information pertaining to the pandemic: covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au, there is no mention of exclusive flights or routings from New Zealand that are a quarantine free flight upon disembarking in Australia. The website does mention that the "safe travel zone is an agreement with another country to travel to Australia quarantine-free, provided a traveller has not been in a COVID-19 outbreak location in the last 14 days." At this time New Zealand is the only country on that list. Which makes it highly unusual but situationally fortunate that you were able to transit through New Zealand to arrive in Australia.

We and we presume you would be perplexed at the fact that you were denied boarding because of your originally booked flight from New Zealand to Australia, however you were not denied boarding based on the safe travel zone requirements a few days later. It seems to have been a fortunate oversight by the airlines and airport immigration to have allowed you to successfully travel.

It is important that we address the unpredictable volatility of ticket pricing to Australia. Due to the government mandate limiting passengers entering Australia drives prices up as flights get cancelled. It is a remarkably unfortunate predicament that results in inflated fares once the apparent operating flight is made clear. While the fare certainly increased exponentially, we were still thankfully able to get you the best pricing available.

The steps of your journey home and that of many Australians has been far from ideal, we are so honored to have been able to get you there. We are also glad that you were able to miraculously board the quarantine free flight as per your request, that enabled you to avoid entering the mandated quarantine requirement.

As mentioned before, we look to our customer feedback to understand how we can improve, and will certainly reference your experience going forward. ABSOLUTELY USLESS COMPANY

I am giving one star only because no stars wasn't available. Actually they deserve Minus 2 stars at the very best. I had to cancel my flight to China for myself and my wife because of the pandemic and not being allowed to enter China. They charged me $1195 up front and now want me to pay and additional $1386 up front to receive a refund and hav to wait 2 or 3 more months for the refund. The flight was canceled in July and now they are telling me that I would have to wait till around January 2021 for the refund. They are holding the credit information I guess to force me to use their company again but that won't happen. If necessary I will file a complaint with the Attorney General of the state they are located in and it would add more time but even if I loose more money I will hire a lawyer and sue them.

Highly discounted tickets are subject to airline and consolidator fees when making changes, cancellations for credit and cancellations for refunds.

The charge for the tickets was charged directly to your credit card by the airline and any delay in refund was a result of that airline directly. This is due to a delay in the airline processing the refund once requested. With that said, we are extremely glad the airline was able to confirm the refund being issued at the beginning of December, making it at least one month earlier than the originally anticipated and expressed timeline.

We understand that your experience was not up to our world class standard as a result of pandemic related airline processes and airline/consolidator fees. We look forward to having the opportunity to regain your trust and business and would like to thank you for booking with us.

These guys offer cheap business class…

These guys offer cheap business class flights but do not know how to navigate airline bookings through this pandemic. After being scheduled and cancelled twice I was offered a raft of unsuitable alternatives, only one of which stood any chance of getting me home and they wanted another $7,000 for that.
Trying to get my money back is beyond a joke. They Have not renewed their ASTA affiliation despite advertising as such on their website. Beware.

Regarding the experiences you and many people traveling to Australia endured in securing flights, we and many others share in the frustration that resulted from competing if not, often not updated information from various verifiable sources such as government websites. While we are indeed experienced at assisting our clientele book complex itineraries that require extreme attention to detail, we recognize that our expertise was not able to be aptly applied to your interaction with us. To be sincere, no one including ourselves has experience, let alone expertise in navigating ever-evolving regulations resulting from a pandemic that impact flight schedules, subsequently limiting arrivals on a continent to 6,000 people a week. While that does not change what happened, we would like to express our gratitude for your patience as we used our industry resources (through our network of ticket suppliers) to get you a discounted ticket. In our efforts to do so, we want to assure you we only sought out valid itineraries and provided confirmed itineraries.

Regrettably, we have no control over knowing about involuntary changes in advance as these decisions are made by the airline and/or governments based on the limited passenger flow and the impacts on each airlines business. It is clear that our best efforts were not sufficient as the valid itineraries you were ticketed on indeed resulted in schedule changes and cancellations.
