The delivery was quite fast. And the drone really looks good and qualitative.
Unfortunately I got a non working flytime 85.
Now I‘m dealing with the support, which takes quite long to answer and is asking the standard questions like „did you plugged the plugs properly?“ what I kind of understand but it is also really frustrating.
So I‘m really not sure if I can recommend them.

Had to update the review. If you like to be ghosted from the support team than I can fully recommend Flywoo…

Bought a product on flywoo.net and received the package way faster than i expected, since they are based in China.

Received in Denmark: 14. April

Product is as expected. 10/10 would buy there again.

If you enjoy the thrill of false promises and being completely ghosted, Flywoo is the shop for you. They’ve truly mastered the art of claiming an item is 'in stock' and promising delivery in a week, only to wait an entire month just to put it in a box.
I reached out to ask about the delay, but apparently, their customer service team is as nonexistent as their shipping speed. If you have a few months to spare and don't mind your emails disappearing into a black hole, by all means, give them your money. For everyone else: run. Never again.

Questa volta c’è voluto quasi un mese di attesa perché ci sono stati alcuni problemi con le disponibilità in magazzino e nel mio caso si trattava dei braccetti più la ricevente TBS ma detto ciò l’assistenza mi ha risposto come sempre molto velocemente dopodiché dal giorno della spedizione ci sono voluti circa 9/10 giorni affinché lo ricevessi (Explorer LR O4 Pro) ma la cosa più bella è che non ho pagato nessun tipo di tassa aggiuntiva 🔥🎉🎉🎉🎉. Grazie Flywoo come sempre ♥️

FlyWoo Scam
FlyWoo "sent" a part to me, using a shady Chinese run business which ships using individual drivers rather than a legitimate shipping method such as USPS or UPS. As a result, no parts ever came. This small change to cut down on shipping costs has resulted in my failing to receive my products entirely! Terrible - avoid until they change their shipping method.

Flywoo sent me 3 defective batteries and the drone itself has been a nightmare since day 1. Customer service takes days to respond and defaults to blaming customer for problems.

flypoo is exactly that! Slow shipping, terrible customer service, and products that simply dont work. I hope Trump bans these jokers from selling in the USA!!

I ordered a drone on June 10, and this has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

It took over a month just to receive the first drone, and when it finally arrived in July, it was faulty right out of the box.

Instead of immediately replacing it, the seller suggested I try to repair it myself. That is unacceptable for a brand-new product.

I returned the drone the same day, and they confirmed receiving it on August 1. Yet I had to wait another two weeks before they even shipped the replacement.

At this point, it has been over two months since my original order, and I still don’t have a working drone.

The level of delay, lack of communication, and poor service is shocking. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Ordered 13th of May, the item is shows up as "5 in stock", even now, according to website. However in reality items are not in stock and promised to be in stock only 24th of May.
Before that they said they have the same item in basic packaging and offered send it instead, to which they later added that it is not in stock either. Time wasting scam bordering "service". Amature logistics and blaze attitude.

At the order moment everything seems to be in stock, it has took 17 days to prepare the order.... 17 days!!!!! Worse experience ever!!!!

Think twice before buying something from Flywoo.

Bought a Flywoo Goku F7 Mini V2 20x20 flight controller from them. Was advertised as having a "DP310" barometer according to the website (which is a typo for "DPS310"), but according to the product leaflet that game with the FC, it was either a DPS310 *or* a SPL06, which is a cheap knock-off clone with less performance/accuracy et c. And of course my board had such a cheap clone..

Also, that same leaflet has an error with regard to the ESC connector: the BAT and GND pin are the other way around! Possibly blowing up your FC when powering it the incorrect way.

Otherwise the product seems to do what it's supposed to do.

I reached out to the after-sales email address, but have yet to receive any answer..

So.. If you really REALLY like a product and you're OK with being ripped off and like manual checking of every connector with a multimeter and don't expect anything from their after-sales: sure, buy something from Flywoo. Otherwise: don't.

I bought products early January. They have never arrived. Tracking says it was delivered. Not sure where, but definitely not too me. I raised the issue at the end of January. Flywoo promised to do investigation with delivery company. After another month I still don't have my product nor money. They don't even bother to answer emails now.
I'm raising fraud tickets with my credit card company.
Just avoid flywoo!

It's been a month now and I still have no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE.

They deliver used products which are selled as "new": I bought a DJI Air Unit and the storage was full of videos recorded at the Flywoo office. When asking for a replacement, they wait to receive the shipment before reporting they are out of stock. It took weeks for them to make the refund and then they made it to the wrong credit card, which is ilegal. You'd better not have any issues after your purchase, since their customer service is negligible.
Think twice before becoming a Flywoo customer.

They let you buy things even if its out of stock
Terrible customer service
They deliver years after it says it takes
They send the wrong items
They send you coupon codes that dont work
Etc...

It seemed to be a solid product, but they are not answering their support mail at all, when you need teknical help.

I want to inform you all about some malpractice by Flywoo. I recently ordered a DJI O3 VTX, and they sent it to the wrong shipping address. The street number contains a dot instead of the actual house number. I informed Flywoo about this and they asked me to contact the last mile delivery company. After I contacted them, I was informed that changing an address from an international package is forgery and they are not allowed to do that. It would get send back to the sender and they would have to ship it again. OK, no big deal, I can wait.
Next, I informed Flywoo about this and their response was shocking:
"If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be destroyed on its way back and cannot be returned to Flywoo."
I asked them once again for confirmation because it's the first reseller I've ever ran into that would do this and they confirmed:
"I'm sorry, but that is correct. Once a package has been sent out, if it cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it cannot be returned to FLYWOO and will be destroyed during the return process."

I strongly disadvise any of you from dealing with them. A wrong shipping address or the item being returned for whatever reason, will end up in it getting lost. It sounds a lot like their sender address is a false address.

Die von mir bestellte Drohne wurde defekt geliefert, trotz 7 tägige Rückgaberecht hat sich nichts getan.
Auf Emails wird nicht reagierte.
PayPal Käuferschutz beeindruckt den Laden auch nicht.
Jetzt sitze ich auf der defekten wäre und auf den Kosten.
Nie wieder Flywoo, absolute Abzocke!!!
