I found a great deal through Flyla. I was skeptical at first but I was able to get my confirmation number for the airlines and was able to find it through that airline's system. Additionally, I had some issues with signing into my account and their customer service responded quickly and was amazing. I'm very impressed and will book in the future. :)

I've used a bunch of flight aggregators before prior to Flyla, but the ease of use and clarity of information o Flyla has been the best so far.

Other sites (even large carriers) can be confusing, Flyla makes all of the details very clear.

This review is about my disappointing experience with Flyla, an Eurowings partner, due to a booking error and poor follow-up service. Attempts to resolve a simple mistake were met with blame, inaction, and eventually silence from Flyla, coupled with unreasonable demands from Eurowings. This situation underscores significant .

Everything began with a booking error by Flyla, where my last name was entered twice. Efforts to correct this through Flyla and Eurowings led to a blame game, with Flyla ultimately accusing me of not filling out my profile correctly, despite evidence to the contrary. I provided detailed proof that I had entered my information correctly, yet Flyla's response was to remove my booking from my profile and cease all communication, effectively ghosting me. Meanwhile, Eurowings refused to make any corrections without a hefty fee.

This highlighted a lack of responsibility and customer care from both companies. Flyla's decision to disable their booking feature acknowledges a system issue, yet they have not taken steps to rectify the impact on affected customers like myself. The lack of effective communication and fair resolution from both Flyla and Eurowings is troubling, significantly diminishing my trust in their services.

In summary, my experience with Flyla has been deeply unsatisfactory. The companies' inability to address a straightforward issue, combined with their failure to communicate and provide a reasonable solution, reflects poorly on their customer service commitment. I caution others about using their services, as this incident suggests a broader issue with how they handle customer concerns and technical problems.

They wont give me a refund or answer my call for a system issue on their side and EUROWINGS is useless, never flying again with them.

Es war sehr einfach zu buchen, es ist wirklich sehr intuitiv und gute Preise. Die Bestätigungsmail kam sofort nach der Buchung. Alles hat gepasst. Mit der Buchungsreferenz konnte man sich direkt einloggen. Den Kundenservice habe ich auch genutzt. Telefonisch sowie im Chat. Sehr hilfsbereit und schnelle Abwicklung. Alles lief entsprechend sehr gut und die Kommunikation war super! Das war der beste Kundenservice, den ich je hatte. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Ich hatte einen Flug nach Bali gebucht, der mir aufgrund technischer Probleme nach 3 Tagen storniert wurde. Nachdem mir am Telefon gesagt wurde ich solle nochmal buchen wurde mir nach der Buchung der Betrag doppelt abgezogen. Ich habe an dem Tag stündlich versucht jemanden am Telefon oder per Mail zu erreichen und habe erst nach einiger Zeit per Mail Antwort bekommen. Anscheinend sei etwas bei der Transaktion schiefgelaufen. Mir wurde dann aber versichert ich würde mein Geld bekommen und die Buchungsbestätigung der zweiten Buchung nach dem WE erhalten. Naja letztendlich wurde der zweite Flug auch storniert, ich habe durch das Drama 10 Tage verloren und so mit unfassbar viel Geld da die Flüge immer teuerer werden.
Ich habe mein Geld zurück bekommen, habe aber sehr viele Emails schreiben müssen. Per Telefon nimmt niemand ab. Ich kann die Seite leider nicht empfehlen.

I’ve already paid from paypal and even the website showed it’s successfully paid. But I didn’t get my booking number and sent the email for support email. They just said it’s not working, and still on the process.
