Just arrived at 2 am ...asked driver politely to turn his radio down as it was like a disco ...told in no uncertain terms "I won't be turning it down or off .....he then proceeded to drive like a maniac back to the car park. 50 mph on the bends felt like on 2 wheels.. asked to slow down ... wouldn't do it ... Quote "I am the boss of this bus and I will drive as I please .... Was told by this man whose name I know but won't say that I won't be on his bus again . . He's not the owner only a driver! Customer service NIL. called to speak to manager who said ..tacograph reads 26km. REALLY .If you had been on this bus he was driving like a maniac.... I have used this company before and had an ok experience. But this was terrifying..! No help at all from manager... Tacograph reads ok. Rubbish.

Abusive behaviour from one of the employee.
This is the second time I was abused by one of the employee.
The employee does not know the services and the rules of the company he works for but feels totally entitled to abuse costumers.

Normally I like to use parking where I keep the keys but on this occasion Flying Scot was cheaper so I decided to give it a go.

When I returned to pick up the car a small amount of cash (approximately £5 in coins) had been taken from the centre console. I was in a rush so didn’t bother going back to reception to complain but judging by then other reviews here it wouldn’t have done any good anyway.

In summary: feel free to use Flying Scot parking as long as you don’t mind the employees helping themselves to whatever is in your vehicle!

This is a good service….but John and Dan really went the extra mile on the evening of 29thNov (midnight) when they went out of their way to help out when we had a problem getting the car going. The two of them couldn’t do enough to help us and finally resolved the problem to get us on the road. A big shout out to them and a huge thankyou.

We have a brand new 22 plate leased car. Parked here from 10th to 15th November. Was unimpressed when the driver raced car away to go park it for us. Went on our holiday regardless. Came back, collected our car and drove home. On the motorway, we noticed that the dashcam wasn't on. It had been disconnected at the charging point. We reconnected it there and then. Next day, done the school run and immediately noticed damage to the back of the car. Phoned Flying Scot to explain and was put through to a "Manager". Wasn't interested. Should have checked the car upon departure, lesson learned - will never go back here again. Even the "manager" was childish in his responses to me and hung the phone up before the end of our discussion. Oh and i checked my dashcam and guess what.. last video was us arriving at car park and next video was us driving home when i reconnected it. LOOKS LIKE STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR THEM TO DISCONNECT YOUR DASHCAM - NOW WE KNOW WHY. Very angry that we will be left with a bill due to their dishonesty, negligence, call it what you will. I hope this review helps others decide where to park their car

My car was damaged while parked at this supposedly secure car park.
Flew back from Bristol following a family wedding and in my hurry to get home I didn't notice damage to the rear side door and bumper.
The Flying Scot staff didn't notify me but must have known that an incident occurred.
Only now getting my car back repaired after months of hassle and had to pay £450 excess for the priviledge. Absolutely fuming!

Bigger buses, less drivers, more waiting about time. Very poor seevice

This was the cheapest car park for Glasgow Airport but if you book then please don't leave anything of value in the car. I left 4 pound coins in my car and they had gone when I collected the car. I told the receptionists but they didn't seem interested - they advised me not to bother contacting the police 'as it was on private land'. Reading other posts, I gather theft is not uncommon at FlyingScotParking.

Have used Flying Scot many times but very disappointed by the way service has deteriorated.
Yes, they have introduced new bigger buses but because of this we were kept waiting longer for it to fill up before journey to airport and yesterday when we landed back in Glasgow only 1 bus operating! We were told other driver was unwell but surely a replacement could have been found. No room on first bus that arrived so had to wait another 30 mins for bus to return.
Carpark surface is in a terrible state now. Raining when we eventually got back so had to walk through numerous muddy puddles to get to our car.
To add to our bad experience car battery was completely flat and we had to get help to charge it up although this was done well/promptly. Lights had been left on when it was parked for us!

The parking was quick, easy and cost effective. However I would avoid the valet at all costs. I paid £45 for a full valet but upon return to the car noticed there was residue of polish left on the outside and marks internally that were not cleared. I did speak to the staff in the office who offered to have a member of the valet team come and check the car but as I had a long drive ahead of me I declined. During the drive I noticed even more flaws and as a result emailed flying Scot requesting a refund. After a week I got a reply to advise it was performed by an outside company and refused a refund, having followed up I received no reply - proving that customer service may not be the number one aim of flying Scot.

UPDATE - I thereafter contacted the Police who attended the car park. Conveniently all video footage had been cleared so I was unable to take this any further.
I will never use this car park again. Listed as a 24 hour manned secure car park. I unfortunately left £500 in the car (which was sealed in the compartment between the two front seats). I left the car at reception and checked into the office where I handed over my keys. I was handed a receipt and the keys were thereafter placed in a clear box for storage. The car is then moved further into the car park for the duration of its stay. Upon return to the car park I discovered the money had been stolen. Ladies in the office not interested whatsoever. No offer to check with drivers on shift or even CCTV to check!! A few emails to the General Manager who was also extremely unhelpful and uninterested. Apparently their staff wouldn't do such a thing. Well I'm afraid they did. I appreciate I left the money in the car but someone physically searched my car and stole the money. It is theft. Has been reported to the police.

Overall the service was poor but then it got worse. Left our car here from 6 to 16th of August 2022. Collected it in the dark and realised the next morning that they had damaged the rear bumped and not told us.

No Customer service .
We arrived to book car in @ when I went to reception was advised my booking had been cancelled as I was flying from Edinburgh.
I advised I had not cancelled & why would I be here at Glasgow .’
The mature blonde lady was so cheeky & unhelpful , not what you need starting your holiday .
She reluctantly rebooked me .
My husband & other customers could not find parking spaces .
I was overcharged, sent numerous e mails which have been ignored.
Car park a disgrace all pot holes .
Avoid this car park.

Great local car park. very efficient, close to airport, staff very friendly and helpful. Close and easy pick up to and from Airport.

Difficult to find parking space, and cars very very close together. On way back waited 25 mins for shuttle at airport, bus came eventually, no hold for suitcases, so everyone squashed into bus with cases onboard , some shelving, but cases unsecured, very dangerous as moving about. People had to stand with their cases in aisle. Driver not helpful just told people to move up. This would never happen on a coach in Spain. Far too many people and cases, will get taxi next time. Not worth £45 to be treated so poorly.

Convenient for Glasgow Airport and quick efficient transfer service to and from the terminal building. We would highly recommend!

Used this park in May 2022 ,very good service . It was heavy rain when we returned and the staff noticed I had a stuck so someone got my car and brought it to the office ,thanks
