SCAM! Do not order here!! Did not receive my flight tickets up to two weeks before departure. Contacted them multiple times for an update, really bad at contact. Ended up canceling my order. Did not receive a refund. We are now three month ahead and still no refund. Tried to organize a refund multi times, contacted them multiple times. Nothing!!
Edit: Octobre 2024 Still no refund! Despite the refund and contact promised below. nothing received. Keep getting dismissed with just contact your bank while the money is with Fly First Class.
Edit: April 2025 The company keeps reporting this review. Just send me a refund via bank transfer. You have my bank details and email address. It has been a year! Thanks!
Edit: Oktober 2025 Still no refund. No contact with the company. Maybe update your terms and conditions since this is not visible on the site. And since we didn't get en refund you would expect we should have goten the tickets. But this is not the case. And again, we didn't pay with credit card.

Please take a moment to review the fare rules and conditions associated with your discounted business class ticket. These details are provided to all customers at the time of receiving price quotes. As outlined under Section 4. Refunds/Cancellations, these discounted business class tickets are non-refundable but fully changeable. If payment has been made and you decide to cancel during the ticketing process, the funds cannot be refunded; however, the amount paid remains available as a credit toward future travel.
These tickets are governed by the airline’s specific fare rules, terms, and restrictions, which outline the conditions for making changes or reissuing tickets. Please also note that you purchased discounted business class tickets from Europe to Asia, offered at approximately 40%–50% below published fares, which typically range between USD 4,800 and USD 8,000 for business class travel.
Our records indicate that you contacted our office multiple times, and our team remained in communication with you throughout the process. Our records also show that you contacted your credit card company to request a refund. Both your credit card company and PayPal have reviewed the case and determined that this purchase does not qualify for a refund.
While our team always makes every effort to assist customers in obtaining refunds, please note that airlines enforce very strict refund procedures.
