Swift response to my mistake

Having made a mistake with my booking I reached out to the company and was assisted by Jade and Sakura : they were extremely helpful with changing my flight and keeping me updated with all the details very swiftly : I will not hesitate to use this service again : one very happy customer 😊

Infant name spelling!

Had trouble with the booking for my infant name. Contacted fly fairly support, and was helped by the team. They manage to rectify and include my infant full name inside the air ticket ! Really want to thank them for their never ending efforts with the airline. That saved me money and time! Will definitely recommend!

I made a mistake and Lucia helped me…

I made a mistake and Lucia helped me through it! Professional, kind and great communication! I was feeling anxious and impatient, and she handled the situation like a pro! I love this company!! This was my 4th purchase through them and I’m sure there will be many more!! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing team.

Stuck in Qatar at the moment, they’ve been really helpful with the flight cancellations and rebookings. Definitely recommend.

I didn't receive my booking info because I had a typo in my email address and Rose assisted me eagerly with no hesitation. I appreciate fast response times and knowledgeable agents.

Genuinely blown away by the amazing customer support

Genuinely blown away by the amazing customer support. I had a flight canceled by the airline and I was getting slightly unclear information from the airline directly. I was helped by several different people on Fly Fairly for this matter and each of them was as helpful and enthusiastic as the last. There was no miscommunication, and they helped me get my flight credits back in full. I will be recommending Fly Fairly to anyone who will listen.
