I had taught myself the very basics of Figma, but I knew that I wasn't taking advantage of many of its features to make my workflow more efficient, and I wasn't motivated to do so because I've found that trying to learn things on your own can mean finding random tutorials that make learning feel disorganized and slow.

Figma for Web Designers is a short, but very comprehensive course where you follow along, step-by-step, in constructing an e-commerce site. Ran's videos and resources were great. They walked me through most things I will encounter when building web pages. The submission website was challenging and helped me learn some of the basics of Webflow. The submission review was very good and helped me understand what I did wrong or could do better.

I like how I can ask questions and get help when i get stuck

Ok, so these guys obviously know a thing or two about Webflow, but...

The production is very amateur, the talking is cringe, and it's as though he is just working it out as he goes along; one take only. For such an expensive course, I'd expect it to be WAY better planned and produced. Eg if there were typos or errors, just re-record it! Fix it.

Also, where is ANY information of substance around building an online store? Where? Nowhere. Just a pointless "module" comparing Webflow to Shofify. No instructions at all.

I still don't want to go to Shopify but Shopify have better free tutorials than the expensive FLUX academy courses. Going to stick with Webflow for now and hopefully find some good eComm tutorials.

Oh and I've noticed some astro-turfing tactics with online Webflow course "reviews" too. This is a marketing tactic that is intentionally misleading and therefor dishonest. Unfortunately it's all too common so I'm not surprised but it's worth a mention.
