Sono un po' delusa. Mi sono innamorata dei colori vivaci e quindi le ho ricevute in regalo per il compleanno. Per curiosità sono andata a vedere la loro storia e dove venivano prodotte. Google dice stilisti giapponese e cinese ma produzione in Italia.
Vado a vedere l'etichetta e sono fatte in Cina. Nulla contro ma mi sento un po' presa in giro con il prezzo che hanno potevano dare un prodotto in Italia almeno.

Cette marque propose de très jolies baskets multicolores et au design japonisant. Les baskets sont larges ce qui leur confère un vrai confort de port. J'ai commandé une paire de la gamme Rulis Uni Multicolore auprès de Zalando fin Juin 2025, reçu le colis de la part de Falc Spa qui gère la marque Flower Mountain depuis l'Italie mi Juillet. Il a fait très chaud cet été en France, je n'ai donc pas porté mes baskets. Entre Septembre et Novembre, je les porte moins d'une dizaine de fois et je remarque que le mèche violet commence à se déchirer sur les côtés des 2 pieds au niveau des petits orteils et des grands orteils. Dépitée, je contacte Zalando pour un SAV problème qualité. Zalando fait le lien avec Falc Spa Flower Mountain pour un échange/remboursement. Falco Spa refuse alors que mon dossier SAV est complet et les photos envoyées montrent bien que les baskets sont en excellent état sauf le mèche qui est troué. Il s'agit là clairement d'un défaut qualité. Je prends donc contact avec Falco Spa afin de plaider mon cas et leur renvoie plus de photos pour étayer ma demande. Je précise que je ne réclame pas de remboursement, je souhaite un remplacement de ma paire défectueuse qui est toujours en stock chez eux jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Plusieurs aller-retour d'emails s'en suivent et à chaque réponse Falc Spa me dit que les baskets ont été portées et que j'ai dépassé le délai de rétractation. Je réexplique que je veux pas me rétracter et que j'ai un défaut qualité sur ma paire. Je reste calme et explique cela à plusieurs reprises avec photos à l'appui. Falc Spa finit par me répondre qu'ils ferment ma réclamation car les trous au niveau des baskets sont de l'usure normale de la chaussure et que par conséquent ils ne peuvent rien faire. C'est inadmissible pour des baskets à 230€. Malgré le confort de la semelle, ces baskets restent du jetable. Je les ai portées moins de 10 fois, ce n'est absolument pas normal. Soit c'est un défaut qualité isolé sur ma paire et ils ont joué la mauvaise foi pour ne pas me changer ma paire soit c'est réellement des baskets de piètre qualité. Je précise également que le service client est absolument abject et n'a aucune considération pour les clients. Ils ne prennent pas la peine de poser les bonnes questions, ils répondent systématiquement par la négation. Inadmissible et inacceptable pour une marque qui se veut premium. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

I recently purchased on the online store and chose a pair of Flower Mountain shoes. I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice! The design is stylish and modern, and the combination of fabrics and colors gives the shoes a fresh, energetic, and youthful look.
The ergonomic sole makes every step feel incredibly soft, almost like walking on a cloud. The overall quality is outstanding and clearly superior to many popular sneaker brands among young people.
A special mention goes to the customer service team. I contacted them to get some additional information about my order, and they were extremely kind, professional, and quick to respond.
These shoes, and the whole shopping experience definitely deserve a 5star rating!

I placed an order for a pair of sneakers at the beginning of February and I still haven't received them.
No one is responding to the contact form on the website, and the tracking number isn't working. Is this store a scam?
I would like to have my money back...

I ordered the sneakers more than a month ago. I got the tracking number email and everything, but the sneakers were moving really slowly. I tracked my package until yesterday - today, the link is not working anymore. I never got the package. The customer service is not replying to any of the emails I've sent. Scam! Please do not fall for this scam.

Tre paio di Yamano: tutte e tre molto bene fatte, esteticamente ineccepibili ma con suola SCIVOLOSSSSISSIMA.
Come intendete intervenire?

Ive had a pair of Yamanos for about 3 years and would highly recommend them ordered from Tower of London. However, I would not recommend ordering shoes from Flower Mountain main website. Probably fine if you want to keep the item but not recommended for returns/refunds. Info re returns on the website is super vague, return postage from UK is really expensive, customer service is awful and refunds take far too long!

These shoes may have interesting designs but that's where the positives stop - especially for the cost.

The biggest issue with them is the tread is really bad. I have never had issues with slipping in shoes on wet surfaces - ice, yes, but never just water. It has never occurred to me. Yet I very regularly slip while wearing these shoes whenever it rains. It is dangerous and I genuinely feel unsafe walking in them.

Après 3 semaines d’attente et aucun mail de suivi (même dans les spams) j’ai du demander pour avoir un lien. La commande est indiquée livrée dans le suivi et rien dans a boîte aux lettres. Site vraiment pas sérieux

Ho acquistato un paio di Yamano 3, sono comodissime, versatili, adatte ad ogni occasione. Sfruttate tantissimo e, data la soddisfazione, ne ho acquistato un secondo paio. Servizio clienti eccellente, ringrazio per la disponibilità, la serietà e la gentilezza esemplari.

Le scarpe sono comodissime, da utilizzare con ogni tipo di pantalone, ma soprattutto hanno un design estroso e colori vivaci non comuni.

Scarpe davvero molto belle e comode. Questo è il secondo paio che acquisto di questa marca e devo dire che, rispetto a qualche anno fa, la qualità dei materiali è migliorata sensibilmente. In particolare ho notato un netto passo avanti nelle suole: nei modelli precedenti risultavano leggermente scivolose, mentre in queste offrono una buona aderenza e una sensazione di maggiore sicurezza.
Anche il servizio clienti si è dimostrato disponibile e professionale durante l’acquisto, rispondendo in modo chiaro e tempestivo. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto e penso che continuerò a scegliere questo brand anche in futuro.

Really awful company. Quality is not good, especially for the money and customer service seems non existent when it comes to complaints.
They obviously have other retailers who sell their sneakers but if anything goes wrong they will only address it if you've purchased from their own website. I complained that the insoles were substandard, asking for a replacement pair for shoes I've only worn since October....the reply was that they're out of stock and If they were in stock I could only buy them if I purchased from their online store. If that doesn't tell you something about the quality I don't know what will!! How can they run out of inner soles unless the demand for replacements is very high.
Never again ....they've lost a customer and a recommender......

Además de que el servicio de atención al cliente es un desastre y tienen una comunicación pésima, las zapatillas son muy incómodas. No están diseñadas para caminar ni pasar horas calzándolas. Son demasiado caras para lo que ofrecen.

Oltre il fatto che le scarpe sono molto commode, il servizio clienti è stato molto professionale, l’indirizzo non è stato coretto e hanno gestito il problema in un modo molto profesionale. Di nuovo, Grazie .

I have had a pair of these trainers for 6 months. I have worn them about once a week. The insoles are terrible. They have already lost their comfort. I have been trying to communicate with the European distributor. They are impossible to communicate with and only answer the question they think I am asking rather than the one I am asking.

The question I am asking is simple: Does Flower Mountain produce replacement insoles?

The question I am not asking is: can the European distributor send me some replacement insoles? (but they keep replying with): No, the European distributor cannot send me any because they don’t have any.

The second response is not answering the question.

For some reason they are directing me to the retailer. This is mind boggling.

I do not rate these shoes and had I paid £190 for them I would be even more disappointed than I currently am.

Do not buy this brand of shoe, and if you do, prepare to be disappointed in just a few months.

In that time I have had further issues with the shoe. The stitching has come loose and unravelled on base of the tongue. This makes the shoe useless and uncomfortable.
