Extremely poor experience - Avoid company
This was one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have encountered.
The company delivered my order to the wrong location, and despite this clear failure on their side, they refused both to reimburse me and to resend the order.
What is most concerning is not the mistake itself, but the complete absence of accountability. Rather than resolving the issue, they deflected responsibility and attempted to justify an outcome that is entirely unacceptable in any basic standard of service.
Delivering to the wrong address and then refusing to take corrective action reflects a fundamental breakdown in both operations and customer care.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using this company.

Floward UAE worst, pathetic company to ruin your occassion
Floward UAE is the worst company to order, they will ruin your occasion badly, no timely delivery, customer service is very poor as you will not get any proper response, only lies that driver on the way, I order Valentines gift to deliver on 14 Feb, they keep delaying and customer service keep answering you that driver is almost reach for almost 3 hours and eventually they didn't deliver, it delivery on next day. ruin the value of gift.

Order not delivered, having to chase customer service
The order was not delivered on the day. I called and messaged customer service several times to check what was happening and was told they would look into it and call me back (they never called me back). Very frustrating, I was beginning to wonder if this company was a scam. It's now 8pm the next day and hoping it'll be delivered today but have lost a lot of faith.
Worst flower delivery experience
Honestly, very disappointing experience with Floom (Floward). I ordered flowers and sweets for my friend four days ago, and I specifically wanted it to arrive the same day before she left work.
The next day, they told me the flower color I chose was not available, so I changed it to another color. After following up again, I was shocked to discover that the order had still not been delivered. Later, they told me again that the new color was also not available, and offered me only a purple option.
This back-and-forth, poor communication, and lack of availability wasted my time and ruined the surprise I wanted for my friend. Very unprofessional service and zero reliability.
I will definitely not recommend this service to anyone who expects commitment and respect for time.

Almost always cancel my order and say I didn’t answer the phone when no driver tried to contact me. I just had an order failed because the driver did not bother showing up or contacting me. Never use this flower service.

Absolutely worst customer service I ever experienced in my 10 years in Dubai, with expired flowers that died after four hours from the delivery. Completely fell apart in my hands when I was carrying them from the office to my home. Not fresh, to a point that when they arrived they already look like it’s been five days there in this condition. Over Whatsapp only robot, which kept saying that the order was delivered. And I swear I wish it wasn’t, rather than to be delivered in this horrible condition!

I am writing this not as a customer complaint, but as a warning to others: your platform is the most unprofessional, misleading, and emotionally exhausting gift service I’ve ever dealt with.
You took money for express delivery, then spent days bombarding me with pointless automated WhatsApp messages asking for a delivery location — I entered THREE different addresses, and every single one was marked “outside delivery zone.” Then you “apologized” and rescheduled. The next day, same story. Then the day after, again. A repetitive, robotic, insulting cycle.
Your drivers called. Promised. Never showed up.
Your team confirmed delivery. Then changed the story: “the order is with the wrong team,” “items are unavailable,” “we will inform the sender.”
No delivery. No accountability. No respect.
This didn’t happen once. It happened twice. Two different senders, two different orders — same mess, same lies, same emotional damage. And both happened around my birthday.
What should’ve been a moment of joy turned into days of stress, anger, and constant interruption from your failed service — early morning until past midnight. I was harassed by your messages and calls, and nothing ever arrived.
You don’t deserve to be in this business. You ruined special moments, wasted people’s money, and emotionally manipulated the recipients. I will make sure to share this experience publicly across all platforms to warn others about how poorly, disrespectfully, and carelessly you operate.

I gave one star as no option for no star. Don’t order from here. I tried to order some chocolates for my husband’s aunt as a thank you. I was asked to give her phone number but she is an old lady and was alarmed by the repeated calls due to many scams going around. I provided her address and Google maps location but they refused to deliver without speaking to her first. And the WhatsApp help number just provides set answers from a chatbot. Finally got through to someone and cancelled the order as THEY couldn’t or wouldn’t deliver. Promised a refund in 5-7 days. After repeated follow ups was told no refund would be provided as I made the order. A valuable lesson learnt. A very dishonest company who cares nothing for the customer.
