My product was faulty and have repeatedly requested how to get refund but to no avail . Hopeless .

I ordered two advent calendars for my kids back in SEPTEMBER 2025. I received a few updates and then...nothing. I had to dig through my SHOP account (how I paid) to find a contact, and when I did, he assured me my items had been shipped. This was in October. It is now 2026 and still nothing. And no more replies to my emails. I have gone through my CC to notify them and would never order from this company again. I thought that SHOP was a safer way to shop but apparently not.

SCAMMERS THEY DID NOT SEND MY ORDER AND HAVE STOLEN £1300 FROM MY ACCOUNT POLICE UNABLE TO HELP AS APPARENTLY THEY ARE IN CHINA. TRADING STANDARDS AND HSBC INVESTIGATING.

I ordered the McLaren advent calendar for my son in September, got regular updates on shipping until October 21st when the item was out for delivery in the UK, then nothing. I have contacted numerous times, and requested a refund. I get replies but nothing happens. They will not refund because the item has been shipped.

I think this is a scam and they make up the shipping information to make you believe it is lost in transit when it was never shipped at all.

Since writing my initial review I have received a full refund.

I ordered 3 Bras from them the beginning of December and only 2 arrived. I’ve emailed them twice and no reply. I asked if they could send on the missing item or refund the 1 that’s missing but so far I’ve gotten no response back from them. Wouldn’t order again as it’s impossible to get in touch with them and no way to send the items back for refund either

Absolutely rubbish, just a massive scam, I ordered an advent calendar but after 3 months loads of pointless emails nothing.

I did actually receive my 2 advent calendars but they are poor quality and not as per the images (and they are both the same books despite being volume one and volume 2). Also the mini books are not books at all just paper stapled together (there is no spine or hard cove). I have sent so many emails and just get a long waffled message back - the same each time more or less. Absolutely enraging at times! Avoid at all costs

Absolutely outrageous! Ordered 2 advent calendars in September. Have emailed multiple times. Genetic pointless response and still no item or refund! Appalling. Contacted my bank to help with attempting to get my money back! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

SCAM! I’ve purchased 2 avent calendars in September, they never came, no tracking number no way to be refunded. I lost my money. The worst experience.

Scam! Nothing delivered. Telephone number not real. To**er.

Exactly the same as other reviews. Ordered 3 x advent calendars on 21st September. Tracking link does not work, generic email response to chaser. No response to last email a week ago. Have raised a dispute through my bank. Avoid at all costs - scam company.

Ordered a advent callender in late September and still nothing. Refused to give me a tracking number, and now will not respond to any emails when I request a refund.

Scam. Ordered an advent calendar. Tracking number never worked. Email replies and refuses to refund. Says it’s shipped. I ordered in September 2025 and now it’s November 17th, 2025. SCAM!!!

Purchased an advent calendar in September and still not received it. Upon emailing, I just get the same response that the item has shipped and they’re tracking it. Despite the tracking number working originally, now it isn’t.
Won’t refund, won’t communicate.
I’ll be going to my bank for a refund.

It’s a scam. Ordered September 27th. No product received and website is offline. Please avoid.

Ordered an advent calendar on 23rd September, still not arrived (now 9th nov). They have replied to some emails and have been polite but I fear it will never show up, I have asked for a refund but don’t know if that will happen.

The product is too expensive - it is so bad !!. Can’t get in contact at all 😠

Absolute scammers! No product delivered

Ordered an advent calendar - it's stuck in transit since over 34 days now... ridiculous. The shop went offline and kept my money. Total scam, wrote them twice, no answer. Avoid these idiots at all cost. I should have read your reviews first. Lesson learned.
