Quick and efficient
Quick and efficient - what I needed,and by return without fuss. They were the first florist that didn't tie me in knots with ridiculous signing up (to what) or say we were not professionals.
We were just a church wanting more oasis for flower arranging and floristry-supplies.co.uk delivered.

The company does not exist as a…
The company does not exist as a physical entity. I actually visited the location only to find that it has never been a wholesale place. Its in fact run down now closed car parts place in the middle of a car parts and mechanics industrial site! I have pictures. Unsure about or why 5 star reviews. And they NEVER EVER answer the phone!

Your business address online is a Birmingham unit (not only Google but your ACTUAL) Web page!
I do have several photographs of shop front and ad but unable to upload to this platform.
What makes even wise is that you NEVER EVER answer the phone, hence adding to utter suspicion.
Still very unsure and would like to advise that you change details onlone to your ACTUAL address and maybe answer the phone once in a while.
Until that, I think only fair to reserve judgement

We are sorry to read this review, but we are genuinely concerned that the premises described do not appear to be ours.
Floristry Supplies is operated by Rays Florist Ltd, an established business based in Ash, Surrey. Our premises are situated on a main road in the village and are not, and have never been, a closed car-parts premises in the middle of an industrial estate as described in this review.
We therefore believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the location visited.
We previously asked the reviewer, through Trustpilot, to provide further information about their experience so that we could identify what had happened and investigate their concerns, but unfortunately no information was provided.
We take genuine customer feedback seriously and would still be very happy to investigate this matter if the reviewer contacts us directly with details of their interaction with our business.

Our business has very similar names to other businesses, also selling floristry supplies. I know for a fact that you are looking at the incorrect business - from the information you have given, you are looking at a business with the website address of https://www.thefloristrysupplier.com/, which is based in Birmingham AND is based on an industrial estate AND looks like there are car related businesses based there (e.g AK Auto Garage).
Our web address is www.floristry-supplies.co.uk - please look at the details on that webpage for our contact details. You are then very welcome to call us on 01252 311966 which as you can see is plainly not a Birmingham telephone number and will be answered within business hours. To clarify again - our floristry supplies website is based in Hampshire. Once you have checked the details above, please feel free to remove your review as it is very plainly mistaken. Thank you.

A tricky item to source
