What has made my experience great with Florida Strong Fitness is the time and dedication that Jake puts into his clients to help them achieve their own personal fitness goals. Jake schedules weekly Zoom calls to go over the previous weeks nutrition, workouts, and anything that may have been a concern for you. Jake is always available throughout the week as well for quick updates, advice, or questions.

Jake has been great to work with, he listened to what I would like to work on and results that I was looking for , he then customized a workout plan with me.
