Ich war auf einer Veranstaltung von Herr Dr. Florian Ilgen in München und muss ehrlich sagen:
Das war aber definitiv eine der besten Keynotes, die ich bisher erlebt habe.
Sehr lebendig, sehr unterhaltsam, sehr guter und vor allem nützlicher Inhalt!
Themen wie selektive Erinnerung, Unterbewusstsein und Verantwortung klangen für mich zunächst eher nach einer klassischen Vorlesung – tatsächlich war aber genau das Gegenteil der Fall.
Das Publikum wurde aktiv eingebunden und war selbst Teil der Experimente und Inhalte. Ich staune heute noch !
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass ich nicht nur inspiriert nach Hause gegangen bin. Ich konnte konkrete Tools und Denkanstöße mitnehmen, die ich heute noch beruflich und privat nutze.
Vielen Dank für diese wirklich besondere Veranstaltung in München – gerne wieder.
Genau so stelle ich mir eine moderne Keynote vor.

Der Vortrag von Dr. Florian Ilgen über Change Mindset war außergewöhnlich und in jeder Hinsicht herausragend. Inhaltlich und rhetorisch war es ein Highlight. Er versteht es fachliches Wissen auf fesselnde Weise zu vermitteln.
Selten verlässt man einen Vortrag so inspiriert und motiviert. Neben zahlreichen praxisnahen Tools und konkreten Handlungsideen bleibt vor allem die Begeisterung, das Gehörte unmittelbar umzusetzen.
