Communication issues

While I communicated what was wrong with my item, because of the amount I spent, I did not get a response after asking a question. Instead, I was just told no refunds when I never asked for one? This has happened over and over again when it’s completely unwarranted and I am very disappointed.

Very reliable

Very reliable. Great deals on the front end are even better when they continue through to a quality purchasing experience. Smooth as can be, notes confirming every order has the right items, and a 1 day turnaround on shipping because I happen to live near a distribution center. Have ordered several times and will continue to do so.
