I ordered flower on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Then I get an email on Wednesday saying they require two business days to deliver and Friday is the earliest. I tell them I want it delivered Wednesday, so deliver it ASAP. Then I get an email on Friday saying I hadn't selected a delivery date and that they can't deliver until next Tuesday. A week to get flowers delivered from supposedly a same day delivery service. This company doesn't seem to get the delivery part of their service. I've asked for a refund as who knows when they'll get around to delivery.

I ordered "same day delivery" flowers for my daughter's birthday around 2pm on Friday afternoon. I received confirmation that my order was being processed shortly thereafter.
I then received an email timestamped Saturday morning 2.41am (more than 12 hours after placing the order) advising that I had not selected a delivery date and asking when I would like it delivered. Further advising that earliest delivery would be Monday - 3 days after my initial order.

I find it hard to believe that I was able to complete and pay for an order which had no delivery date and also that it took the company over 12 hours to realise there was no delivery date included.

I would not recommend this company or its services - I should have looked at the reviews before deciding to place my order. To add insult to injury I received an email asking me to rate the flowers and delivery???

Delivered flowers to wrong address after advising me that a correction was in place. They do not have quality control. Also small bouquet for price. You can do much better elsewhere.

I received flowers and a gift package at home in Sydney from a friend in USA. A wonderful surprise. Fresh beautiful flowers and a vase plus quality gifts.
Hadn’t used Floraly myself but five stars from me.

Lovely flowers (chrysanthemums, carnations, golden rod mix) delivered on date as promised.

I ordered flowers from Canada for my daughters birthday in Australia and they were the most stunning arrangement. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you my daughter said it was the best way to end a spectacular day receiving such a beautiful bouquet

To say my bouquet of sunflowers was underwhelming is an understatement. I upgraded to the large arrangement based on the beautiful picture on the website and previous sunflower deliveries from other florists. It was for a bereavement. No extra greenery and some stems already bent. Would not order from them again.

Sending flowers for next day delivery, ordering from UK and having them delivered to my daughter in Sydney was made very easy. Very simple to use website, delivered on time with tracking. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

They oblige for last minute deliveries and their flowers are beautiful!

The "Evie & Vase" flowers sent to a friend were truly lovely and the vase really was the icing. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

Flowers took forever to arrive despite getting 24 hour delivery. They were flattened and looked like they’d been left in the back of a van the entire day. Pretty hard to mess up sunflowers but they excelled. Very underwhelming experience and definitely not worth the $99 and $19.99 for delivery on top.

I was very pleased with the small Xmas tree it was a lovely shape much better than I thought it wld after my last flower delivery being not up to scratch was very happy how that was handled as well this delivery has given me more confidence to order in the future

The selection of flowers was so beautiful.

We did feedback on the order but their excellent customer service and on the ball approach confirmed their intent to provide the best flowers for its recipient.

Such a good group to liaise with. And I would order flowers from them once again.

Purchased a large bunch of sunflowers and half were covered in mould within 2 days. The rest lasted less than a week. I do not recommend Floraly and will never use them again.

To say I am appalled at the state of the flowers delivered is an understatement. The majority of them are wilting! I am furious that these would even be considered acceptable for anything but the bin. I can assure you I would never order from Floraly again. I look like I wasn’t bothered with my best friends birthday gesture. Disgraceful bunch of rubbish

Paid over $100 for browning flowers. Incredibly disappointing, particularly for an important occasion. Only offered a 20% refund for this, which is totally inappropriate given I had to spend another $70 just to buy a proper set of flowers for my loved one.

I am deeply frustrated and must express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your flower shop. I invested more than 100 AUD in what I expected to be a stunning and lasting floral arrangement.

Regrettably, the reality fell shockingly short of my expectations. The flowers arrived in a condition suggesting they were on the verge of perishing, with merely one bloom attempting to showcase its beauty.

Moreover, the arrangement's presentation was merely passable and starkly contrasted with the vibrant displays featured on your website.

I find this not only disappointing but unacceptable for the price paid. I strongly advise potential customers to seek their floral arrangements elsewhere, as the quality and value offered here are, regrettably, misleading.

Flowers were already browning on the petals and the bouquet was very small for over $100. Whoever folded the card 100% half-assed it, as it is not even folded straight and I'm not talking about slightly off, it is almost 35 degrees off. Absolute ripoff and wouldn't buy from them again

Can only assume the reviews on their site are fake as there is actually nowhere to provide a review. The size of the flowers for the $76 spent was a disgrace. Won’t ever use them again
