Floral Card Arvostelua 

Card failed to arrive on specific date requested and as it was a Saturday, didn’t arrive until the Monday. On complaining was offered a full refund by a Duncan but despite frequent reminders, my emails are being ignored and no refund has arrived. Nit the first time used them but definitely the last.

AVOID AVOID AVOID…. If I could give ZERO Stars, I would. I ordered a card for a 70th birthday, to be delivered on a specific date as per their website. No confirmation email received. The card was not received. I called, but straight to ‘leave a message’. Message left. No response. I did find an email address, so an email was sent. Again, no response. Further call & message sent. Again, no response. I disputed the fee via my bank, and have received the fee back via a charge back. No contact has been received from the company. The card has never been received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…

I ordered a flower card from this company and I did feel uneasy as there was no confirmation of my order, but to my relief the card was delivered on time my sister in law said it was the best she had ever received, I did receive confirmation when it was sent out and everything was in order, I will definitely use them again,

It’s the first time I have used this company and was a bit sceptical, especially as I didn’t receive confirmation of order from them. However I am totally satisfied with their incredible service. It arrived next day with the additional chocolates I’d selected and delivered to an address which I know is hard to find. My friend was so pleased and impressed with their gift that I will have no qualms in recommending Floral Card Company to others. I just wish there was a way to contact them to give them positive feedback.

I sent get well card and chocolate to my aunt,
I got a message saying it's been delivered ,
But it was delivered to wrong address,
They don't answer phone , there's no email address , £27 47 , I payed, what a con ,

I ordered a wife on mother's day card and was charged twice for it tried to contact them but don't answer the phone and don't get back to you it's a con

This is a scam got no receipt no email and not delivered they should be ashamed taking people money and not delivered

I’m not sure how they are getting 1.6 stars as not one of us has given more than 1 star. This is my second review as I am still battling. My bank can’t get hold of them either! They don’t answer their phone they don’t reply to texts I have since found an email address they don’t reply to that either. I was embarrassed about the flowers they sent and have contacted trading standards, fraud UK and STRIPE the latter to make them aware not to blame them! They are the company that manages their transactions and have raised a complaint with my bank. Sadly we should have all checked the reviews first but maybe if we all take this further they will have to remove their website so no one else gets ripped off. Lesson learned I will stick with my usual reputable florists from now on but will keep fighting these sub standard cowboys it’s the principle!

Like other people I wished I had read the reviews before ordering, hoped to send daughter flowers for her birthday March 4th , money was taken from bank account but no flowers delivered , phoned twice , answer machine left message they have not got back to me , Very disappointed and upset with the service ,

I regret not checking reviews before ordering with this company. No method to contact them apart from a mobile number which no one ever answers. Evri has lost my order and I’ve escalated with them but I still need the merchant to chase this up on their end for my refund as package is lost.

As others have said, if I could leave this company zero stars I would do so. I ordered a birthday card for my 89 y/o aunt who is in a nursing home and from start to finish, the whole experience has been shambolic. Not even an acknowledgment email received. I gave them six days notice to deliver the card on her birthday, today, 18th Feb. Yesterday, I received an email saying they would attempt to deliver the card by the 19th 😡 I tried calling them several times but got no answer on each occasion. Nor could I find an email address for them. Today, I received an email saying my aunt’s card would be delivered today, her birthday. It wasn’t but there was nothing further from this company - no explanation, nothing. How hard is it with almost a week’s notice to deliver a card to an 89 y/o in a nursing home, after paying £20 for the privilege? I have used Flowercard in the past and I shall go back to using them. They’re a bit more expensive but much more reliable. Floral Card have seen the last of my company. Use them at your own peril. You have been warned.

Very disappointing display. No bigger than an normal greeting card. Definitely not worth the money. Was embarrassed when recipient told me size of display, no bigger than 6 in.

Avoid at all cost!! I ordered a new home floral card to be delivered for friends who moved up to Yorkshire from Kent. It was a surprise gift. Well the surprise was it never arrived. I have sent several messages but had no response. What an absolute scam of a company. If this is a continuous thing why are they still allowed to trade. Go to delightful floral they are amazing.

Terrible company. Ordered as 10th anniversary gift. Didn’t arrive until around 6pm so too late to mean much and just became embarrassing as the hours ticked by. Nothing like picture when it DID arrive. Tiny, cringeworthy gift (like it wasn’t already bad enough).
No response when I emailed them.
Horrible experience and, despite following instructions, flowers were bedraggled the following day, worse the next than binned on day 3.
Don’t use them unless you want to throw good money away and probably end up feeling embarrassed in front of a loved one.

Absolute joke of a company. Took the money and didn’t send a confirmation of order. Didn’t send the delivery. Don’t answer the phone number or reply to the email complaint submitted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

I have rang three times and emailed twice.No response !!!!I ordered two flower cards for my mum & dads anniversary. My dad's in a nursing home,that's why I needed two.I recieved them on the date I specified. There were hardly any flowers in the cards.I had to go and buy some more flowers,because I was so disappointed. I was embarrassed to give them to mum &dad.These two cards amounted to £46.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 😡😡

I wouldn't rate this company at all but unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to write a review. They are nothing but thieves. They take your money and do not deliver the service. I ordered flowers for an elderly aunt in August but they never arrived. I sent
emails, tried phoning several times to no avail. Fortunately I'd paid with PayPal so they refunded me without any problems at all.

AVOID this company I have reported them to Trading Standards flowers were dead and nothing like the picture!!
I have emailed 3 times and NO reply!

If I could give this Company 0 stars I would. No confirmation of order and send two messages via their "Contact Us" form.....nothing! After reading reviews from others I decided that I would contact PayPal who refunded me instantly when I told them of the problems. I even looked on Companies House.....they do not exist and take your money and run. AVOID, the reason they offer free delivery is because they don't deliver. Pay the extra money and order from a reputable firm. Scammers!

Ordered a card for sympathy...Never arrived... not response from contact us from...and can't find any other way of getting ont touch to chase!!
