Prompt communication and good solution

I bought a Hoya obovata and found it was significantly smaller than in the pictures on Florafolia website, so I wrote to point out this issue. I received very prompt reply to explain the team has got the growing stock rather than the ready-for-shipping stock. Along with the apologetic reply was a full refund. Despite the mistake, the communication was prompt and I am happy with the solution, so I still rate the service of this order as 5 stars.

My plants arrived very well packed and…

My plants arrived very well packed and in excellent condition, not a breakage anywhere.
I was surprised how big and healthy the plant was for the cost.
The selection of plants was somewhat limited with a lot that I liked sold out - however very happy with my final choice.

I have bought from florafolia a couple…

I have bought from florafolia a couple of times now and the plants are absolutely perfect. Large, healthy and insanely well packaged. The hand written thank you note is sweet too. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Packed with care 🌱

It was delightful to receive the plant that was carefully packaged in a customised box, the pot that I ordered was just what I wanted too. Thank you! The delivery was fast too
