The thing l wasn’t happy about was the fact if l ordered too much material they would be a charge even if it was unopened if l returned unused product

As most of our flooring is ordered specifically for each customer and often cut or allocated from batches, a restocking charge can apply when materials are returned, even if they are unopened.
