Floors of Stone Arvostelua

Highly recommend! I was impressed from the get-go with Floors of Stone because of how well they presented their sample pack. After ordering countless samples from various companies, some of which turned up broke with no note to say which company it was from, I was blown away by the quality and care taken by Floors of Stone to present such a helpful and well-packaged sample pack. Their customer service is fantastic. Molly was incredibly helpful throughout via email and brought my vision to life. I’m so overjoyed with my terracotta floor in my kitchen and it’s the first thing people mention when they come in. It’s definitely the star of the show!

Very happy with the product - great price and no breakages. Katie and Morgan were very helpful, with timely and detailed communication. No issues with the delivery - courier was happy to wait while I quickly checked for damage but there was none.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Daisy MacGilbert who had expert knowledge of all the floor tiles we considered. She helped us choose perfect tiles for our kitchen and we will definitely buy from her again. The delivery was on time and the driver was so helpful taking the tiles to our garage.

Great customer service, shipped quickly and tiles are of fantastic quality.

Really good personalised service. You can call them and ask knowledgeable staff about the tiles you like. I ordered the beautiful checkerboard flooring which arrived safely, a member of staff called me same day to check the order was satisfactory. Then when we were let down for the wall tiles delivery by a big warehouse company on the week of fitting I ordered alternatives from Floors of Stone as they do an express delivery. The tiles were much better quality than the ones I’d chosen elsewhere according to the tiler for only a small price increase. You do pay for delivery but it is an excellent service in my experience. Our new bathroom looks really luxurious even though it’s just a normal small bathroom the tiles have done wonders.

From request to quote to delivery Liams customer service was excellent. I over ordered on tiles and he also made that process really simple down to directions to site to return them and having Tom the yard manager waiting to offload quickly. The tiles arrived undamaged and are really good quality - on one breakage when laying 48sqm.

Exceptional customer service from floors of stone, in particular Daisy. She was fantastic, very friendly, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately in the end the tiles I purchased were not quite right for the space intended, due to the size and not quality. Daisy made this process as stress free as possible and communicated throughout to keep me informed of what the process was with the haulers and returning the tiles, keeping me informed at every stage. Great service!

Really great customer service and efficient delivery.
I liaised with Molly mainly and she was so helpful and friendly. Can't recommend them enough, this is the second time we've ordered with Floors of Stone & Molly so I have no doubt these tiles will be just as amazing as the first.

Exceptional customer service from Floors of Stone. Molly is brilliant and always on hand and able to answer any questions promptly and comprehensively.

The terracotta tiles are beautiful, delivery was smooth and the recommended order amount was just right.

As a natural and porous tile the process of installing and finishing is fairly lengthy and as advertised tiles do vary in size and thickness slightly, this is something to be aware of if ordering.

Looking forward to specifying Floors of Stone again. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful tiles and timber flooring and really helpful quick and efficient service and delivery we ordered the Alnwick sandstone the millhouse blend limestone the Umbrian limestone and burford oak - all beautiful

This is my fourth order from Floors of Stone and the customer service from Max has been exceptional, he has been prompt and professional with all of our queries and quotations. The quality of the products from Floors of Stone is brilliant, it has transformed our house and garden- I recommend them to all our friends and family and will definitely be using them again.

Very rapid responses to email and always had helpful advice. We interacted primarily with Molly who was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you!

Fabulous experience with Floors of Stone and STUNNING tiles - very reasonably priced. Ellie took care of us from the moment we enquired - getting back to us quickly, ensuring we had everything we needed (adhesive, grout) and making sure they were delivered on a date that worked for us. The tiles are laid now and they are top quality. Everyone who has seen them has commented on them. They’re my favourite part of our renovation (alongside our underfloor heating!) and have decided to continue the tiling into other rooms. My husband is a ground worker and will for sure be using them again on his future projects (including our garden when it’s time!) Thank you again, especially to Ellie!

Great company to deal with, prompt to reply to queries, very helpful with great advice. Tiles were so lovely and natural in style but were beautifully consistent, so a dream to lay. So good, we’ve just ordered some more for another room!

After my home had been flooded, all my floors needed to be replaced. I shopped around eventually finding Ellie at Floors of Stone. Ellie was so patient, helping us look at different combinations of flooring for different areas of the house and accommodating several visits at various times of day to assess how the products worked in different lights. She made the ordering and delivery process really easy and has been so approachable with follow up support. My new floors are looking amazing with the fitters remarking on how easy the products are to work with, saying that the flooring is a quality product which will last a lifetime. Even the adhesive got a mention as being amongst the very best that they had seen and operationally represented excellent value for money. Ellie, you are amazing thanks to you and to Floors of Stone - one very happy customer!

Excellent customer service especially from Daisy who went above and beyond to ensure my queries were resolved efficiently with patience. (Deserves a payrise or Christmas bonus!)

Absolutely thrilled with our beautiful Floors of Stone flooring!

Liam, Ben, Ellie and the whole team were phenomenal. We spent months unsure of how to decide between thousands of options online and in stores. With so much choice and so many factors to consider, we felt lost. Then we discovered Floors of Stone and everything changed! They were excellent from start to finish: they really listened to all the different elements we were trying to take into account and gave such helpful advice accordingly. I didn't feel pressured or confused at any point, just cared-for and understood.

The quality and beauty of their products is truly outstanding and we are delighted with the results. Thank you all so much, you have transformed our home!

Daisy was incredibly helpful in organising the delivery process. I had to alter the delivery date several times due to my changeable work schedule. She was incredibly polite and proactive in making sure I could receive the order. Very impressed with her level of customer service.

Last week we had occasion to order terracotta floor tiles. Our enquiries, concerns and final order were dealt with by Flooring Expert Daisy who was efficient, pleasant and quite charming in her manner.
As part of the process, she agreed to phone us at a certain time with requested information and did so even though she had not yet got the information as she wanted to assure that she had not forgotten her promise.
Such courtesy today is rare to find and we would have every confidence in recommending your firm in the future.

I rang to place an order with Floors of stone and Ellie was extremely helpful. She was able to answer the query I had on the travertine tile I required and processed my order quickly. The delivery arrived on time with no breakages and even the young delivery driver was superb. He didn't have a problem waiting whilst I checked the order, which is most unusual these days. The Noce travertine tiles are beautiful and I would absolutely recommend this company for the quality of their tiles and their exceptional customer service, Ellie in particular.
