Not great I’m afraid
Not great I’m afraid. Selected and paid for with a deadline for fitting being given as 3 weeks away. Chased up a week later because I’d not heard anything and they had no record of this deadline but called back to confirm all ok. I chased up on day of fitting to say I’d not been given a time and they confirmed it was in the diary and they’d chase their fitter and get back to me- which they didn’t. When the fitters turned up, they had the wrong carpet… all sorted in the end but at a significant time cost to the poor fitters despite it not being their fault. I’ve not received an apology…. But am not surprised.

Having to chase our team multiple times—especially on the day of fitting—and then dealing with an error upon arrival is completely unacceptable and far below the standard of service we hold ourselves to. We also deeply appreciate your consideration for the fitting team, but an error like this should never have placed extra burden on either them or you, and a sincere apology should have been offered immediately.

Brilliant
We saw exactly what we were looking for as soon as we entered the store. The showroom was spacious and well laid out with lots of room to walk round. Ash was extremely helpful and efficient and very accommodating re fitting, etc. We expected to take a few hours to find what we wanted but all done within 20 minutes - perfect.

Bought laminate from floor giants
Bought laminate from floor giants , didn't click into place and was sliding into on the underlay. Spent over 6 hours fighting with the flooring eventually had to give up. I had a local fitter come out a few days later to which he couldn't fit as he said it wasn't clicking into place and for me to take the flooring back.
After speaking with Giant Floors they then told me I couldn't not have a refund for the 4 unopened boxes that I could only get 10% of my refund back which isnt going to cover new flooring. Which has left me now out of pocket aswell as left with flooring that isnt any good to me or anyone else.
I spoke to a nice guy names Paul who tried his very best to help my situation and was offered an exchange but I would of ended up having to pay more money for the exchange due to needed 3more boxes because I couldn't do anything with the boxes that had already been opened. And I was so afraid I would of ended up with the same type of issues and out of pocket for a 2nd time.
If anyone is considering flooring you can not get a refund even for boxes of flooring hat hasn't been used or you bought the extra box to be on the safe side. They dont tell you this when purchasing.
I have since had flooring from elsewhere and it went down like a dream and the whole flooring laid in 4hrs without any issues whatsoever.
Please dont waste your money like I did.

We called in today as we’re looking for a new living room floor. Unreliable and unhelpful.
We Booked a date for delivery 3 weeks ahead of schedule for the date we knew we would be home all day.
On the day we called the company twice just to check that they were still coming and we were assured that the goods are on the lorry and will be delivered and to wait until 7pm.
They did not arrive. Instead they attempted to deliver the next day without any warning, we missed this delivery and then after speaking with them it was arranged for the next day. It did arrive but with 11 packs of flooring damaged. They then wanted to collect the damaged ones the following day (at any time) and then eventually over a week later we received the replacements.
It was pointless booking a delivery date as it actually took 4 visits. Not great when you’re out at work.
I emailed Customer Services 3 times explaining what had happened and asked for the delivery fee to be refunded.
They have replied today explaining that the delivery date is actually ‘fluid’, so no refund is due.
I would avoid them at all costs unless you are able to be at home all day, everyday waiting for them to get their act together and delivery.

While we appreciate how disappointing this is, unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that deliveries will take place exactly as initially scheduled.
We understand your concerns regarding the damaged flooring and the additional time taken for the replacements to arrive. We appreciate your patience while this was being resolved.
Regarding your request for a refund of the delivery charge, this charge covers the delivery service provided by our third-party courier and is non-refundable. We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
