Flood Emergency Services Arvostelua

As a property manager, I highly recommend FES Group. When flooding occurred after hours, I tried contacting several contractors, but only FES got back to me within an hour. Throughout the process, they patiently answered all of our questions. Thank you to the FES team for demonstrating such professionalism!

Great company, speedy service

We recently engaged Flood Emergency Services for water damage restoration at our property, and we were very impressed with the entire experience.

From the initial call-out, the team was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They quickly identified the cause of the issue and explained the restoration process in a clear and reassuring manner. The technicians carried out thorough moisture testing and installed the necessary drying equipment efficiently, attending multiple follow-up visits to monitor progress and ensure everything was drying properly. Their attention to detail and commitment to completing the job to a high standard really stood out.

We also appreciated how respectful and helpful they communicating with insurer throughout the claiming process, leave you peace of mind which is the last thing you want to deal with after the flood incident.

Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to recommend Flood Emergency Services to others needing reliable and professional flood restoration support.

They gave me peace of mind when I was confused about the incident that happened.

Super quick service which is important in flooding situations! Guys that came out were very professional and easy to deal with.

FES responded immediately, with courtesy and respect. The staff continued to monitor and assist right until the event was mitigated.

Very responsive out of hours when a water main burst outside our property. Friendly team who communicated well.

A unethical company. Did the job but ripped off insurance. Very aggressive tactics seeking payment.
In August 2023 I had an internal but more extensive flood in the same area. Cost to dry $1232. Two years later FES charged $12654.65 (more than 10 times the earlier cost)

I can’t thank Flood Emergency Services Sydney enough for the way they handled such a stressful situation. Waking up to a flooded home at 7am was overwhelming, but after finding them on Google I knew I made the right call. Their response time was incredible, having a team arrive within the hour helped limit what could have been disastrous damage.

One of the best parts of the process was their communication. They walked me through everything clearly and were always calm, patient, and reassuring whenever I had questions. During a time that could have been chaotic, their professionalism made it far more manageable.

Every person I interacted with was fantastic. The entire team showed genuine care, treated my home with respect, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flood Emergency Services to anyone in Sydney needing flood restoration. They’re fast, dependable, incredibly supportive, and completely customer-focused. They turned what started as a very stressful morning into an experience that felt controlled and even positive.

The team at FES were amazing from start to finish when I had a pipe burst in my shower and flood my bedroom and ensuite. Their professionalism and communication throughout the whole process was great in a high stress time and they were able to ensure that my house was dried with no damage to anything. Their post support with the insurance claim and liaising with the insurance company was also a god send to ensure the process went smoothly.

We used Flood emergency Services during our time of need. The staff were efficient, they knew what they were doing and most importantly kept in touch with us through out the whole process.

They attended the same day we called them. The drying job was completed as engaged.

I had a very unwelcome flood in early June last year.
I was overseas at the time and needed immediate assistance in my 16th floor Appartment.
I was recommended FES to attend the job.
This company arrived and completed the job with speed and efficiency.
Alison and her team at FES financial services helped negotiate the insurance process with both patience and empathy in what was a long but achievable process.
I wish there were more Alison's in this world.!

FES are trustable, easy to deal with at all time. They are ready to assist at anytime when needed. The most important part was they came immediately when we’re in need them when we had flood whole house. We are forever grateful for their quick service, proper jobs . We are very happy with job they did for us in November 2025. The boys at the site were very polite, they explained us everything what we need to do and they finished the job smoothly and on time as per their advise.

Fantastic service, I was blown away by how quickly they arrived on scene, the technicians were lovely and set straight to work, as a result we had everything restored back to normal with no damage which I was extremely thankful for. Bill was exceptionally compassionate and reassuring when I called him with some questions, everyone person I spoke to and dealt with really went above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough!

FES came in a timely manner and had the water damage under control within a week.
The staff were helpful and friendly which made a distressful time an easier one.

I can’t thank Flood Emergency Services enough. They arrived promptly, were extremely reliable, and genuinely more than willing to help every step of the way. In a tough situation, they were calm, professional, and supportive. Excellent service from start to finish.
