Great product, great customer service!
I received this bag as a Christmas gift and Flipside customer service went above and beyond to make sure that it was shipped out it in time. The quality of the bag is as good as I had hoped, and the convenience of the divider placement and ease of use is great. I am currently using it on a trip as I type this, and excited that I can tell it’ll be my go to carry on for many years to come!
