Customer service review
This is not about the product, this is about the customer service.
Ordered FLIPBELT ELITE, waited for days and it has not been delivered to me, which I reported to them via email. They came back to me saying there was a problem with royal mail and appearantly it got 'lost' ? Coincidentally they said they can't send a replacement because they are out of stock. It became clear what the problem was from the very beginning, since they could not prove the item was shipped in the first place. They chose to lie to a customer instead of telling the truth. Now that is a brand which I do not want to be a part of, simply because they don't respect the customer at all. Disgraceful service and will definately spread the word around as much as I can.

Excellent products. Quick shipping. Excellent customer service. Pants didn’t fit. They sent a paid return label for me to send them back. Ordered the correct size and shipping to me was also free.
