Travel Brothers Ltd. Arvostelua

My experience, with travel agent was good well attended to by Smithiya Morgan. She helped me through out all the booking being my first time booking with travel agents.

John Andrew from travel brother extremely helpful

Honestly, this company turned out to be a total scam. At first they talk very politely and make everything sound professional, but once you send them money, everything changes. They stop responding properly, make random excuses, and delay your work for weeks. I really regret trusting them — please don’t fall for their sweet talk.

I have had a great experience with Travel Brothers. Jim Jordan was very helpful throughout the experience from finding the best flight deals to booking the flights and also checking up on me if I had a pleasant flight. Very helpful team. Thank you.

Travel Brothers Ltd is a very wonderful Travelling Agent. They will work with you from the beginning of getting a reasonable cheap ticket to the end of your journey to make sure you're happy, especially David Mills and Sam Raj, I'm very grateful to them. The telephone conversations was very easy to understand.

I travelled with this travel agency. It was nice journey and the agency helped me a lot. They have a lot of options and promotionals for customers. So i recommend to use it.

Leo Green was my contact ,and the whole experience was not good . Offered price I could have got onSkyscanner,so accepted it . Paid 50 pounds deposit ,and asked to pay the rest . Paid and checked with the airline, but the ticket had not been paid for .Next day a phone call from their accounts dept saying ticket price had gone up by £280 pounds deposit, and told to contact Leo Green . He said leave it with him . Altogether I made 28 phone calls to try and sort this out. The end result ,was I paid more for my ticket. To speed things up I said this experience would be on Trustpilot. It did the trick I got some action . How all the 5 stars have been awarded I don’t know . Perhaps I was unlucky ,but I will not book with these again

Sarah made my booking and I can’t lie the experience was amazing. At first I was worried since I was using an agent for the first time but honestly she made everything so easy and smooth for me. I can’t wait to use them again and also recommend to all my friends and family. Travel brothers you’re amazing. Thank u Sarah.

This was the first time I was booking with the Travel Brothers travel agent.

I must say that it was a seamless process. This was with the assistant of Smithiya Morgan who made it all hassle free. She searched for different options of travel and I was able to make a suitable decision.
