Travel Brothers Ltd. Arvostelua

The Agent( Samithiya Morgan) was proactive and stayed with me through to the end without pressuring me or hurrying me.
She also appreciated my concerns and showed a willingness to deal with them.

I booked my flights through Leo for a large party. With dates moving, people requesting different arrangements Leo was brilliant throughout. I would recommend the business and I will be working with them for future trips too.

They are also great on price, beat all others by a mile.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jennifer Smith for the exceptional customer service she provided. From the very beginning, Jennifer was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I had quite a few questions, specific requests, and even changed my mind a couple of times, but nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely happy with my booking. Her attention to detail and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free.

Outstanding customer service like Jennifer's is hard to find these days, and she is a real credit to the agency. I wouldn't hesitate to use this travel agency again, and I will definitely be recommending both Jennifer and the agency to my family and friends.

I recently returned from a holiday, and I just had to share how fantastic it was. From the moment I left the airport here in the UK to my arrival in Freetown and back, every aspect of the journey was seamless. The services were faultless, and the staff, especially Henry, were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the entire trip.

Thank you, Henry, for making my experience so memorable! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
