Terrible Experience – Please Avoid TicketsToIndia
My wife and daughter were due to travel so we booked TicketsToIndia, hoping it would be straightforward. Unfortunately, it turned into a stressful and very costly experience.
Next time, I’ll definitely ask someone to help me and use a proper, professional travel agent.
They caused us so much stress. My friend had to step in to help—not because the company offered support, but because we were left completely on our own.
Their customer service is extremely poor. Once the booking is done, they stop caring. I initially paid £840 for both tickets. Then I was charged an extra £1,020 just to correct my daughter’s name. In the end, I had to buy a new ticket from another agency.
Altogether, I spent nearly £1,700 on two tickets—all because of their lack of support and professionalism.
What’s even worse: I have every single conversation and correspondence in writing—emails and messages—and even then, they denied helping. There’s no accountability at all.
Please stay away from this company. It’s not worth the stress or the money.
